Great little vid! I sometimes do the 'love glitter' thing.. as I walk through town I imagine saying nice things to everyone, spreading the love. Also I like the War of the World analogy, especially allowing time for the negatives to 'die away' naturally. I normally go to my daughter at christmas and yesterday she said she isn't hosting this year. My initial reaction was 'oh no I'm going to be alone at christmas' then I quickly changed it to 'the universe is rearranging things so I can be free to be with my 'new love' '🥰🙏
Perfect! Often, we don't realise the conditions we are creating. The first step is to recognise it and then we are able to find our way to change those conditions :)
I am on law of attraction for almost four years and recently I gave up because doing all the work and not seeing results affected my health and I had to prioritize my mental health. Sure I have manifested some little things but never the things I truely desire like Sp, seeing someone again, job etc. So I totally lost belief and this made me kind of depressive because to believe that their is more in life than what we can see and goes beyond rational thinking felt so empowering…
Yes, I was there too for a while. The thing is, we know when we have experienced something with a feeling or a thought. We know it's about flow, but we still apply force. It's the mind needing to take control. I stopped manifesting things, and worked at a greater understanding of this. I find it's easy to intellectualise it, but it's really about how it feels. That inner knowing, over the mental understanding of it. That's what I feel I have cultivated over the last few years.
@@EviesWay your article on your blog why you stopped manifesting resonated totally. Nowadays I do recognize the connection between the 3d and my subtle intentions. Subtle intentions manifest so naturally. It’s very interesting. Thank you for the time to respond ❤
I understand. I have had a similar journey with anxiety. I found that separating myself from it and seeing it as something that isn't me, just a part that I can heal was really helpful for me. I felt it as an energy but not one that was attached to me, just there, but not part of me (the I AM)
Sarah is really unhappy at work. She constantly feels undervalued. It's her default energy. She is allowing 'undervalued' to thrive. She sees evidence of it all the time. She then manages to find a new optimistic energy. She stops feeling undervalued. The feeling is gone. She just doesn't wallow in it. She sees evidence that she is actually valued after all. Her working environment changes as soon as her inner environment changes. :)
I told you about that «friend» that was suppose to contact me. She never does. Its been months. I even put out quotes to give her hints on Instagram and Facebook. She watched them but still not a single thing from her. I get a bit irrititated and she is not a friend. If I’m not contacting her she never reaches out. Whats your thoughts? We have not met in ages too and atm live in the same small town and we have never run into each other either. She and her family is the closest neighbour to my parents too. I grew up with her but she has kids and husband I have not. But she has friends that are not married or have kids so thats not the issue.
It sounds as if you are creating an environment that is keeping this as it is. When we are always trying to provoke a response or we keep feeling what we don't want, we can see nothing but that. Just set your intention that she will contact you and then leave it alone. Decide that you are fine and don't need it. The key is not to engage with thoughts that don't align with what to want.
@ What if she never contacts me again? If we not against all odds meets out and about somewhere or that its been so long she feels like we grown apart🤷♀️.
@@Sunflower-s2j If you tell that story, you will be on that frequency. I'd just state what you want and then decide it is what it is for now. This is my default 'It is what it is (for now)' It really helps you to detach from an outcome.
I have been trying to build my online meditation business since July. I try to live in the end as much as possible and to not have an attachment to needing money but, although i have some interest i am yet to have even one sale. In fact, since ive been doing this work my financial situation has got even worse. What would you do if you were in my situation?
I'd imagine that you also have a subtle feeling of not being where you want to be. You are perhaps observing the current 3d in more of a waiting for it to change sense. I see living in the end as detachment. When we actually have something we can only think from that point, but most of the time we are just living life because when we have it, we don't have to think about it. Subtle feelings are more powerful than we think because they are there, working continually, on auto-pilot. Living in the end is often translated as 'trying to feel that we have it.' but it's not about trying. Try to feel the energy you have most of the time on the subject. This will show you what you are dominant in. :)

I agree. If it is so easy to manifest why do so many struggle?!? At the same time we should not accept that we can’t have or experience good things.
Thank You
Excellent Video!
Depression is taken me on an emotional roller coaster. What are your thoughts. And advice

@ yes I get it. I can do that. Look at it as energy. Not a part of me. I notice I have been getting really good at that
I think I need some practical examples 😊 Can you share something?

@@EviesWay until the next time she feels undervalued. I guess it's never a one time fix? Keep working at it?
@@nahal999 Yes, it is, but over time, you learn to dismiss those energies as they arise.
