I use my cast iron skillet almost every day. I love getting those crispy bits on my meat when I am cooking. I am trying carnivorish through January to reset my taste buds. I was depending too much on Keto treats and that has to stop. Sorry to hear y'all are sick. It's hard to avoid this time of year. Good going on your BBB&E.
