Try the zero alcohol Listerine mouthwash zero burning or the Act Dry Mouth Mouthwash.. Sensodyne is the toothpaste for me,best sensitive teeth toothpaste. I don't rinse with water tho I just use mouthwash and I'll do a little baking soda after it helps with the removing stuff off the tongue, especially when u eat curry or drink coffee that stains the tongue a little. The baking soda I not every day just on the days I'm going to drink coffee, it kinda helps with that staining
The dove deodorant spray is the best! I found that warm scents like vanilla, coconut, coffee and cocoa butter works best with my body chemistry so I buy all my products with those fragrances. Vaseline brand, esp their body oil is my holy grail. I put it on in the shower after I wash off. I’m going to try that coffee scrub that you use

Bath and body works pure wonder, beautiful day, mad about you, endless weekend, country apple, Mediterranean blue waters, winter candy apple, vanilla bean noel (not a fan of vanilla but it captured me). I have wayyy more but I'll keep calm.
Sue have u tried putting your witch Hazel in a spray bottle & spraying it on your facr and leaving it to air dry instead of using it with a cotton pad?
Sue not the same rag that I use to bathe they can go over your back some people use body wash alone to bathe which I don't recommend, rags MUST be a part of the whole bathing process.

Dove has the body scrub that I use first and then the body wash , your skin comes out so smooth and soft I usually order from Amazon or Walmart, also just a suggestion have you ever tried the Act mouthwash zero alcohol thats what I use I've learned alot about the mouth wash that has alcohol in it and great to use if you have sensitive teeth your mouth feels fresh and no burning sensation that's my go too now love it
