CORRECTION! The true Birkhouse moor summit isn't the one i showed here. There is another cairn near the footpath toward helvellyn which is a few metres higher. Double check yourself if you go do this one. I still got it...👍
Great vlog JD 👍 we were thinking of staying at the campsite and your overview was really helpful, the route description along the Helvellyn loop was a great reminder, we've been overseas 20yrs so a refresh of the route was greatly appreciated - thank you for sharing your journey (& picking up the rubbish) looked like a great day out and will recommend/share your channel 👍
