personally as someone that wears contacts, specifically rgps, it isn't that bad as the girl in the video makes it out to be. hard contacts from my experience usually don't shift that far back into your eyes and it's impossible to permanently lose a contact as there's tissue surrounding your eye that prevents that. if your contact does get stuck, just stay calm and remove it how you would normally would.
