My favorite Stephanie Mills song! And another masterful remix from GROOVEFUNKEL which rivals the original - been listening nonstop to it for days! I love how you stacked the instrumentation and sound effects during the verses which only heightened the drama and beauty of the song. And that break in the middle where you hear only the orchestration!! ❤ Only pieces I was hoping to hear: for the “teardrop” sound (not sure what it’s called) at 0:50 and 2:28 to be turned up like in the radio edit version (or even more pronounced) and there’s a really beautiful electric piano solo that I like from the 12” version which would fit in nicely. Otherwise, it’s perfect!!

The tempo is the same as the original release version +/- 1 bpm. But I’m glad you enjoyed it.
