At begining hand made machines were used to manufacturers fields in world, later on the machines were discovered to implement various kinds of tools. Now all operating systems are used with the lathe machines for mechanical engineering purposes in making various accessories. Man is the initial part before the mechines came into use. Nowadays molding are doing mega accessories at every factories, whatever is now available at any factories mechineries are more convinient with less man power with the demands existing today in the whole part of the world. Even robots are doing major part than the men. Today there are huge amazing machines invented with the men knowledge. Sometimes we observe that how could men can discover such an awesome mechines in the factories operating using with the computerised data processing methods for miscellaneous uses in the factories, but it is interesting to watch men making tools with hands..

    Ok, here we go...
Unique idea #1 He needs to use a hack saw instead of an angle grinder before he loses a limb. WOW! Unique idea #2 According to the video the pivot nut sits under the adjustment bar elevating the pivot above the router's base slightly tilting the bit away from center which would leave a beveled edge, not a 90°. Unique idea #3 if I seen you pulling a bearing off a shaft using that and just a hammer I would melt down every hammer you had along with the stupid bearing wedge clamp contraption you made so you'd have something to hold down your unemployment paperwork.

Make yourself a drill press vice that runs on tracks so once you set it up once each similar hole to be drilled can be immediately indexed by stops & the screws that turn to orient with flip up & down stops & set screw adjusters... also if you make the pipe clamp bigger you could put inserts in so that it could accommodate a larger range of diameter of pipe... nice jig for the small router... however unless you want an angle cut then you need to exactly create a stop same size as bearing to elevate the base of router which then presents problems with length of bit available & max length projected to ensure bit does not fail under load... I have an idea on how you could accomplish same without the jig causing an angle- I am sure you could figure out a way for yourself... the bearing & center pin are still good ideas for dropping down the side of a template & TRACING the curves to router path

I discovered this woodworking book, “Bαzοmο Tdy Plαn” (Google it), and acquired it even though I have numerous woodworking books at home. The comprehensiveness of this book is surprising. It has decent coverage on every subject matter. .

The first "TOOL" quite labor intense over engineered vise.?
The second "tool"wasn't actually bad,WOULD Be made center head larger,to avoid all that cutting with cutoff wheel.
Third tool even better, little much for as little as required.
    TO EACH THEIR OWN INTEGRITY!
    GOOD ON YA &GOD BLESS!!
