MUDDANNA PULAO INGREDIENTS:
First Pulao masala Paste making:
Greenchillies 8 handful
Garlic 8 handful
Ginger 4 handful
Coconut 3 medium sixed
Normal Garam masala home made 12 spoons
Coriander leaves 1 Kattu
For Pulao making
An good Sona masuri rice 8 kg
Mysuru Brinjal 2 kg
Onions 1 1/2 kg
Tomato 10 no.s
Crystal salt 16 handful
Kasuri methi 1 handful
Water 22 Litres
Curry leaves 1 handful
Pudina 3 handul or kattu
Bay leaves 1 handful
Oil 4 Litres Sunflower oil
Ingredients of Acre Idli
Kusulakki 4 kg
IR8 Dose akki 4 kg
Urad dal 8 handful
Method
Soak it
and Grind it before preparing idli
Add 2 handful salt
1 handulf RB soda
mix it and then leave it for 15. minutes
Then prepare idlis.
Dose Ingredients:
IR8 DOSE AKKI 2400 grams
Kusulakki 1200 grams
Urad dal 3 handful
Bengal grams 3 handful
Menthye 3 handful
Normal sona masuri 600 grams
After soaking and grinding as per normal method
Add 1/2 handful soda
Crystal salt 2 handful
Make it smooth paste type while grinding
