Razörfist did a few videos on his channel where he narrated some of the stories from the Ghost of the Badlands. The videos are really good. That French-styled Bande-Desineé comic book looks badass.
I got the hardcover a few weeks ago. I'm just waiting on the time to read it. I also got in Topgrift, so thanks, Jon
It's basically the Wild West Shadow.
Oof.
Which sounds absolutely awesome!
The art really does look cool. Because of your review, I am much more likely to purchase this book. Thank you. And also, thank you (and props) for fixing the distortion from the earlier release of this video. :)
I had to rerecord it I don't know what happened.
Razorfisr's comic is French BD size.
Gprimes art really shines in this large format
Razor is the man! I've been following him for years and he's never been s loss for words. I can't wait to read this!
I liked the little nick names they gave the ghost too. Especially the nickname “Brimstone” that just made him sound so BA.
While I enjoy a mystery unfolding, I hope we never find out who the Ghost is. He must remain terrifying.
Waiting for the color editions to drop.
I see a LOT of the pulp hero The Shadow, which Razorfist is a big fan of.
He has his agents, here called missionaries, and he has one (Paul) as a kind of "proxy hero" in the story, and we never know who the Ghost really is, which is true of the Shadow as we never see him unmasked. He may be disguised as someone else, but we don't know.
For a dude who complains about rip-offs, he doesn't seem to mind doing it himself.
@@lucascoval828 being inspired by a character is NOT ripping it off.
Do you think the split in lore love is because there’s this odd divide of the hobbyist who likes to paint, the socially awkward who likes to play and then the reader who loves to escape? Some are a hybrid but never perfect.
Nice! I'll pick it up from Amazon, then. I always loved the art on this, but we've been fooled by big RUclipsrs before when it comes to story quality.
Very nice. Maybe we are in the iron age
As a Portuguese speaker. I refuse to say comics in a barbaric language like french. (Joke)
Dude I'm still waiting for mine . So mad
Got mine last week. Did you buy color or monochrome?
I got the black and white, came in a week ago.
Did you get color?
Got mine last week (B/W)
This certainly looks and sounds interesting.
is this a joke like the Rippaverse recommendations or is this actually good?
That's harsh.
Love razorfist but I just don’t think he’s that creative storytelling wise love the art though
why don't people just do critique like siskel and ebert or something?
Alot to be desired.
