  • This video is going to be a little bit different! As it is coming up to the new year, I thought I would make a 1-hour video of Avolites Titan. I am going to be going over the basics, some features that Avolites have and once you have watched the video, you will be able to program a show on the Avolites Titan software.
You can have any Avolites console for this video as Titan in ran on all Avolites consoles.
I will be going over the following...
    Loading Titan
What buttons do and different sections
    Saving and loading shows
    Creating workspaces
    Naming cues, chases, etc
    Recording cues and chases
    Keypad
    Viewing cues and cue lists
    Pixel Mapper
    Shape Generator
    Inbuilt visualizer
    And much more
Even though I made this video, I really recommend you watch the whole thing as this 1-hour tutorial will able to make you program and operate a show on Avolites Titan.
If your struggling with any parts, do not hesitate to rewind back and check something over! I really do hope the stream helps you and you start to become an Avolites Titan programming wizard!
If you would like to see another one of these videos but more advanced like timecode, network settings and maybe a break down of the amazing Synergy software, make sure to like the video!

the random flashing in Titan simulator is a "DMX watermark" because it can actually output 16 lines of Artnet as a demo so this prevents it from being used as a Free console

Indeed! I do have an editor key now, so that won’t happen for future content :)

I'm told that I need to understand how intelligent fixtures work, understand HTP and LTP channels, and program a cue on one of the faders in order to be able to create a new colour setting for some of our lights and fade it up to the appropriate level.
Based on this video, am I right that in order to do this I need to:
    - locate the fixtures
    - click on the colour programmer until I reach the RGB programmer
    - program in my colour
    - click "record" and place it in a cell in "colours"
And seeing as I can't quite work out how to then get a colour to be a fader, I could just fade up one of our existing faders, then select the groups and select the colour I have just created (how I sometimes do to change to existing colours already)?
Hopefully I'll learn it a bit more properly at some point, but now is not the time.

Pls what the substitute of the highlight button on a quartz console ????

Hello, is it possible to create a dimmer on a fader without it forcing the lights back to white? For example, when I have an effect going on with the color blue and I want to dim the lights using a fader with the dimmer attached to it. As soon as I move the fader with the dimmer the lightd force change before fully dimming.
