Straight forward and well explain for each choices. Love it. specially the gear choices. what I use is Book of Augeste I have 2 of them at the moment one for Inanna and for Homa
Damn! I love how versatile of a character she is. You can run so many things with her and she'll still make them work. I hadn't though of Hierophan's Law on her at all. I built her with the Irian Combat Bow + Evergreen Pendant + Destruction of the Tower (Extra Life Steal Roll). There's a very solid argument for many other options. This is what I appreciate the most from a character, the gameplay flexibility. Thanks for the build tips Sol!
Does that Irian bow work with Baloor? I didn’t see a boost in dmg on my tests. Evergreen is too good. I find myself wanting it everywhere all the time. Sadly it can’t be that way with resonances having specific stats and effects lol
Tried "Guidance Tarot with Unique 1 turn CD reduction", + Hovering support, tacit choice/Baloor/Shahin Attack and Rampaging Archer. Rotations: Hovering support instant + Tacit choice > 2nd is skip, (no BA, just position her near 1 enemy, to get Rampaging Archer buffs) > Repeat. Perma uptime on Hovering support buffs on partner, and 2 Energy to cast Tacit choice attack once every 2 turns, which is enough, for that Perma Phys Def Shred III, and Blind Debuff which lasts for 2 turns The Rampaging Archer is for the extra DPS for Baloor Followups, when she is adjacent to any enemies. (Just make her face by side or back shown to an enemy to proc the Reaction Dodge, since it has no cooldown limitations). This is from a Star 1 perspective since she will have Energy issues with the "awkward to use Ult" of hers.
Also, I think Guidance of the World goes against her character dynamic. With Homa you always want to be doing something. It's better to opt for a cooldown reduction aid from another character rather than using the Tarot slot for that. I think it's reserved for more passive oriented characters like Inanna, Acambe or Candlelight. An underrated option for her as well is Dream of the Magician as both her Carnival and Tacit Choice can deal AoE. Furthermore, Judgement can also be a great choice.
Guidance of the World + Unique 1 CD turn reduc passive + r1 Armblade trinket: Skills: Hovering support, Tacit choice/Baloor/Shahin attack and Rampaging Archer Rotations: 1st turn, Hovering support + Armblade + Shahin attack > 2nd turn Homa positions near an adjacent enemy to get Rampaging Archer Atk + Crit buffs for the Baloor Followups (possible side or back shown to proc Dodge Reaction), SKIP, no BA. > Repeat Results: Perma Uptime on Hovering Support Link and Phys Def Shred III + Blindness. Her 3 Cost 4 CD Ult is just awkward to use and messes the Baloor placement + the buffs from rk1 Hovering Support. This is from a Star 1 Homa perspective with no Energy Battery supports and high level Armblades required.
@@JMike-bq6rl That's beautiful. If you're going it solo DPS, by all means. Since Homa is more of a sub-dps/support character, you usually want to take advantage of the character synergies and the equipment flexibility, she's probably the most versatile character thus far. Armguards are usually not that easy to come by either, and there are a lot of characters that want them too. That scenario you described feels more of a personal niche rather than an optimal approach. Nonetheless it's very well thought of. The Ultimate is too good to pass on in my opinion as well, while it can get messy, the payoff is just so worth it. Not only damage wise but effects wise. I mean, you basically have a high damage AoE skill that seals both passive and active skills for your enemies and also provides a Disturbance buff on two allies... it's busted by definition alone. Like Caged Reverie for Taair. It's a skill that gives damage reduction and shares damage for all allies under the effect. It's a 7 turn cooldown but, reducing and sharing the damage with the whole team equals (borderline) invincibility. Just my thoughts, haha... You also said from the perspective of a 1* Homa. Are you planning on a different build when she reaches other thresholds? Do tell, I'm curious 🤔
@@mateocastro3827 Star 5 Homa, with the major powerspikes of Buff stealing and NRG gain, is gonna take a long while, for me to comfortably use a YOLO Ult bomb playstyle. And for me, the Ult setup is really dependent on which Frontline characters you are planning to attach Baloor on, and how far can your Homa move into enemy territory and cast it on either herself or the frontline DPS surrounded by enemies. (Just recently got Cocoa and Saffiyah, with also a Powerspike at Star 5, will take priority) And Taair, the supposed NRG battery support, his banner will probably be coming in February. So it will take a while to visualize the Dream Team. Edit: As for the build I mentioned, the Hovering support can still be attached to a Co DPS, like Auguste/Rawiyah with their own Armblades. Homa only just skips 1 Basic attack turn and 1 Baloor followup less. But the Co DPS with Baloor linked can still attack on their turns.
It depends on who we get on these double banners. On the debut side we are rumored to get Caris, then Agatha, just before Taair. That’s January time frame. Agatha would be good damage and has piercing in her kit. No way of knowing who will be on the double banners though. EXP is all about those quests. Momento Voyage, dailies, and ranking characters up. No shortcuts sadly, just gotta be consistent

Great choice for Homa’s trinket. Thank you for you for your kind words! 😁

Yes!!!! 🙌
Great guide. hope i pull her, i got col on my second 10 summons on her banner haha
Both lucky and unlucky lol
I hope you are able to get her! Keep me posted on your luck

Guidance of the World + Unique 1 CD turn reduc passive + r1 Armblade trinket:
Skills: Hovering support, Tacit choice/Baloor/Shahin attack and Rampaging Archer
Rotations: 1st turn, Hovering support + Armblade + Shahin attack >
2nd turn Homa positions near an adjacent enemy to get Rampaging Archer Atk + Crit buffs for the Baloor Followups
(possible side or back shown to proc Dodge Reaction), SKIP, no BA.

That’s fair Mateo. I appreciate your feedback
Mike, that’s where my thoughts were and maybe I needed to articulate it better in the video. I appreciate you both. Great feedback fellas!

I think posting some runs for harder content could be fun, like Assist
@@rafresendenrafresenden.1644 what kinda content do you think is the hardest? 😃
Thanks:)
Thank you!
