after you open google assistant just say "open system settings" and then go to system and then factory reset. you dont need to go to youtube then turn off google play services or anything else

Mine kicked me out an alerted me when I disabled Google play that it was required for RUclips and now the cell won't connect to wifi I bought it off market place for my daughter as she goes through phones like crazy always lost or broken and needs it more so for getting ahold of someone if need be then games or social media If anyone can help me get this unlocked and set up it would be appreciated I assume the person who sold it to me knew this because I cannot message them anymore and urgently need to get this set up for my daughter
