Hi Nick great vid , Alcatel seem reluctant to unlock as 02 have apparently asked for an unlock code from them but it's been almost a week and still no code so not sure if it's 02 messing or Alcatel , mine is the the 2045X One touch , no codes on Ebay either so looks like a bin job .
