Hi :) How did you enhance / edit the colors from the unedited version to the edited version? What tools were involved? Just the basics ? (brightness/contrast/saturation/etc? ) Been tryin to edit jewelry shots but having a bit of a hard time wondering how to edit. Am totally beginner by the way and using a smartphone. 😄 am looking for a simple basic way to edit/balance the colors. (After shooting in natural light, mine look a bit dark just like in your video) Any tips would be so awesome 🙂 💓
Hi, Sofi! Not sure what she used but Lightroom is a great go-to for editing. I believe Lightroom Mobile is free (I could be wrong). I have a video on my channel for finding your editing style and another for how to edit consistently!
My father has jewellery store and i am running his store's IG account. You gave me new perspective for photography, thanks a lot. Unfortunatelly i dont have camera as u have but i use my iphone cam for shooting. Could u make videos of photographing with phone, if u haven't one?
Great stuff like always Lizzie! Just wondering how you would do this with the 85mm 1.4? You have to be pretty far from the subject because of the minimum focusing distance
Thanks Lizzie. Question, would you recommend, once you have the product set up, to shoot from different angels? Say top shots as well? Of is it like once a person grows a custom to shooting, just know the shot that works?
I hope your shoot went well! I would suggest getting macro lenses or at least macro lens extenders so that you can get as close as you can to your jewelry.
This is rad! Thanks for the tips Lizzie! I have to get myself those Backdr... FLATLAY Backdrops. Also in particular I love how much you want to use things that are at the office and then improvise. No excuses!
Been trying to reach out. What ever happened to the video challenge? Was the winner announced or anything? I entered the contest snd put about 2 and a half days to make my video but never got confirmation. Can someone tell me what happened? Never saw it on IG being announced on the 25th.
Lizzie Peirce posted where? sorry... where was it announced? was the video of the person who won posted somewhere for us to see?... i dont see anything on your channel or IG. making this videos was so time consuming. Would be nice to see who won. I never got confirmation that you even got the email of the video i sent that took two and a half days to make. How do i know u even saw it? Lol dont care not winning but not even a confirmation that you at least got the video thought it was so rude. You know how long it takes to make. I looked everywhere and cant see the announcement... IG stories go away in 24 hours too in case it was announced there. Or did i miss something? Im gonna at least use the video to post in my channel on my other account to give feedback about all these.
So what's the word, should I do a DIY soft box video?

Great stuff like always Lizzie! Just wondering how you would do this with the 85mm 1.4? You have to be pretty far from the subject because of the minimum focusing distance
I’d suggest a tripod! And you can definitely still do this. A monitor might help you as well
Superb
lizzie could you please send the links of your backdrops
Thanks Lizzie. Question, would you recommend, once you have the product set up, to shoot from different angels? Say top shots as well? Of is it like once a person grows a custom to shooting, just know the shot that works?

Woh, even after 6 days, no video of the challenge! :-)
If you watched the whole video you would've seen that the winners were announced on instagram earlier this week.
@@LizziePeirce Ahh ok, I saw the Insta story, yes. Thought there will be a separate video. My bad. Cheers! :-)
Infinite Tripping there may be! But originally I hadn’t planned on it so I have a few other videos I need to put out first.
Love your videos, Love your website. Say Hi to Chris.
So nice ! I've being trying a lot of those lately ! Love it, it's really fun !
I misheard that as "Today we're going to be shitting minimalist product photography". I think I should get some sleep. 😅

The winner was announced! We got so many submissions that it took longer to go through and the winners have been contacted and was posted on the 26th

Just for reference those aren't intense nail clipper, they're wire cutters.
They’re not wire cutters. They’re for ingrown toenails if you must know.
@@LizziePeirce I've got a set at home for fine crafts that include plyers and cutters 🤔 they look exact the same to me. Oh well.
❤️👍🏼
Wish there were more results
Lots of talks, less photography 😭
hi
I love paying for premium youtube but still getting ads.
