Manisharma was already a popular keyboard player and it's common for directors to select keyboard players as music directors. Harris, devi Sri, rahman were all keyboard players. And rgv has an ok taste in music, not great.

ar rahman music is really amazing .. now a days people says his music gone down..example sachin sachin song from sachin movie i play in a car all my friend shouted at me to change that bloody song. after few days i bought new earphone and listening my friend came to my room he said he was feeling bore then i gave my earphones and play the same song. after he finished listening he said, all got goosebumps all over his body.. just give a try use nice headset full volume and reply to my comment.

Sometimes projects gets delays too much. For example Telugu/Tamil hero Siddharth signed for Boys movie first and Yuva later. But Yuva released first and Boys released later because of some issues.
