I’m in California but I did buy a lot on a canal that goes out to the Mayakka River, which goes to Gasparilla Sound then to the gulf. I’m dying to move but it’s going to be some years from now. Between Sarasota and Ft Meyers. It sounds really close to Boca Grande.

And you might not believe it but last night I got a $45 and a $35 and it ended up coming to 81 it was insane that was in just over an hour. I don't know what was going on last night. I made 277 in like 7 hours. It was ludicrous. Lol.
I got one of those crazy UBER deliveries tonight also. You had me beat as mine was $35 and change for 5.7 miles. Unfortunatley, the restaurant closed 15 minutes before I go there. Only ended up with $3. I did get a Walmart Uber order for $49.00 for 10.7 miles total (3 stops) so not all bad!
Those orders to the fancy houses actually make me mad. Like I get it, you're rich and want to stay rich. But you can still tip!! It won't break the bank to throw on a few bucks! I don't take those orders unless on the rare occasion they tip!
