I watched Bob die, and I realized I owe you an apology: I have sent comments previously about your inattention (bomb barrels, etc), but I realize now it is mental blindspots caused by focus. You were so busy trying to figure out how to place a building, you could not hear or see Bob getting swarmed. It is a common problem in games, and I should have realized that was what was happening.
Yeah, it's also very easy to zone it out as too often it's a single scratch and then the threat is over There should be some noise between first scratch and death, or the noise triggered at 70% health
I really like the fact that the ultimate wave wasn't just a "papers please" at the map borders but boiled down to the last stand. In the area at which you actually started. Wp mate, Wp. Really fun to watch.
I just figured it would be nice to highlight gridlines when placing buildings that are needed as space to buildings of the same kind. Highlight the +2 grid for quarries, the +3 grid for saw mills and hunter cottages and the +4 for mills.
That would be nice, unfortunately the game is abandon ware, the dev team seems to have vanished. Which is really unfortunate, there's still so much that could be added and changed.
There's at least a mod on the workshop that adds permanent healthbars, and similar QoL fixes@@blindirene mayhaps they could make that work, I do agree however that it's very Weird that they dropped this legend and then vanished
For computer power concerns, is there any practical gameplay difference between doubling the number of zombies and doubling their base health? You'd have half the mutants, which you did say is a complication when there's 2x mutants.
He did do a campaign run with double zombie health, labelled as 1800% as well. There's plenty of differences, although not sure which one is harder - might say additional health? It's complicated. More zombies means more individual threats - more chances for mutant attacks or random harpies, you need a lot more snipers to take down large numbers of zombies. More health changes a lot of balance - snipers can't one shot kill execs, rangers need a lot more shots to take out runners, single shocking towers kinda suck. Many other differences I'm not aware of too.
Regarding computer power yes, it absolutely does make a difference having double the amount of NPCs in the map (not double health, that doesn't matter as it's just a simple numerical change when loading the map). You can see how at 2 different times Kensei's computer gets frozen for a little bit, the second one being a really big freeze that it's the first time for me seeing on his videos (haven't watched every single video though). So if your computer isn't decently high spec, you should probably give it a shot to test and check the FPS and if there are stutters or not
@@SaroShow yes, exactly, thats how i almost lost a map once by repairing and losing all my gold and almost had no units left because they started deserting while clearing the rest of the zombies from the final wave :D
Man, that was intense and super exciting. You've proved yourself, once again, as an utter legend.
I dont know how he wins these...insane!
@@jason_eh Yeah, I can't even win a normal 900% 😄

A lot of the times bob is a bigger problem then he's worth. It was not the case here, but more often then not he is not missed very much

It's not often we get a "ohhhhh nooooo". Superb.
Glad to see someone promoting the"Day 43 Bank Meta".
Rest in peace bob, gone so soon 😢

That last stand choke too good! Great run.
I don't think I have seen a more difficult "balance" map since Skyland.
Thanks for uploading!
You was brilliant Kensei!
Alle Achtung👍👏👏👏
glorious indeed... that's my favourite kind of run when you win by a whisker
so, no matter how many zombies u face, if their attack area are very narrow it will still easy game
we need an expansion.
The devs would have to run out of money or they would have to got bored with their easy lifestyle to do something with TAB
Great final stand

Legend!!!!!🎉🎉🎉
that looks like a very good rng map
It's been awhile since we last saw you struggle at final wave ( ͡°ᴥ ͡° ʋ) nice run
when the units start leavin the coloniy becouse they don't get payied? Cause at the end you had no income and they keep ond fighting...
Any negative gold tick while at 0 gold will result in deserting units until your income becomes positive or until you get some gold
@@Bigfootuss oh so in this case Is Better tò not repair stuff at the end?
