"Vegan Planet" is a vegan restaurant in Camden Town, specialising in serving pure vegetarian food from the Sichuan region of China.
As you watch this video you will see that we are in the presence of a Chinese Master Chef, a chef who cooks confidently, and everything in his section is kept neat, tidy & clean.
The recipes seen are all popular wok stir-fry "Street Food" style Chinese dishes and it's facinating to see how Indo-Chinese & Chinese Cuisine is so similar.
Gujarati Indians spell it as Schezwan, Chinese spell it as Sichuan.
Note that; in Chinese restaurants the dishes are cooked on a very high heat which delivers a slight smokiness to the cooked food and gives that distinctive restaurant flavour and character to a dish.

High prices but do bear in mind that they are located in Camden Town; where the shop rents are as high as the West End + cost of raw ingredients has increased in recent times.
