Thanks a lot for taking me along! 👍💯 Also many other interesting details like the tower which got unfortunately destroyed in the fire and how they try to rebuild it. Yes, you will be allowed in the tower if you come during opening hours. Notice the sign at 9:49 saying The View. Entrance is free. There is an elevator. The tower is taller than any other in Copenhagen. 12:19 This house is called Tietgens ærgelse, Tietgen's vexation. After the construction of the church had been halted for more than 100 years for lack of funds, the rich industrialist C F Tietgen offered to pay for its completion. As partial payment, he was given he outer edge of the plot belonging to the church. He then bought up the neigbouring plots to buildt the nice and almost symmetrical complex of appartments you see on both sides and three corners of the street around the church. Almost symmetrical because the owner of this house demanded silly money. The house is now protected. The building to the right of it is very new.
people will be nice to you and offer assistance more often if you're clean shaven because they will know you're not homeless and they'll gather you are on a mission.
