The cardamom in this is a game changer! I'd like to add unflavored protein powder into my next batch, but I'm worried it's going to make it too dry. 😕
I add silken tofu to my oatmeal for extra protein and it doesn’t add flavor and is creamy 🙂

Do you have to put the coconut oil in? I'm oil free
I am also oil free. I was wondering the same thing because many plant based doctors advise against coconut oil, milk and cream.

Fine to refrigerate for a week. Or freeze the slices in separate containers and reheat in the microwave or oven ☺️
