In my view , it should not start like that , at first ,she should have asked about the student that how much he knows about chess which she did ,but then she directly jumped into principled opening stuff. She should have played a game with student identifying their level , flaws and need and then correcting that with different examples and puzzles or giving a direction to think because at low level opening doesn't matter that much. She should also start with telling the phase of game like Opening, middlegame ,and endgame and a process of thinking in all three phases. Ideally ,she was just playing engine moves and commentating. I liked her voice though.

However, on fiverr coaches don't know if the student will even take another class or not, so they have to deliver on some actionable knowledge. If one books five hours lets say, then I think the approach would be a bit different.
