That's so simple just go to RUclips setting there is an option of downloads then click on both wifi and mobile data

RUclips premium is not available in my country Pakistan one time i use vpn and after canceling vpn connection my downloads videos ate showing RUclips premium is required please tell me how to fix this issues there are very important videos in my download

have you really downloaded anything from youtube ? All youtube does for me is place the video in a folder named downloads, on youtube, that is not a download

Yes you have to have RUclips premium to download
you are lucky, the pay to download is a scam, the video never downloads for me, it just gets put in a RUclips download file, on youtube, I deleted Premium the first day having it

Sorry, No it didn't help!! 1- I use an android phone. 2- I have a current RUclips Premium. 3- When I just tried to download a Herbie Hancock, music Video, I got "This video is already downloaded" and I've had RUclips for 23 years!! And no one has done a video on this and of course RUclips is collecting the money, and they're to big to give a crap!!
I fixed it !! I quit premium !! I tried for weeks to download videos. What youtube calls downloading videos is to place them in a youtube download file, they never fkn leave youtube.. Problem solved by pulling my credit card and forgetting the fake downloading. I use my phone for something rare, to talk on, thus it is not up my arse all day. I use my computer to watch videos

I have the OPPOSITE problem. My yt premium is downloading over mobile data even when wifi is on and enabled. This setting stops the download via mobile, but it then doesn't download at all. It looks like it is (the download icon gif thing pulses) but the percentages don't change. Any one else with this issue?
Yep have this issue too. Have to keep restarting RUclips. It's as if they made it this buggy on purpose

Mine is weird, it gives me the download option only for videos, tv shows and movies I have NOT purchased. But any that I have actually paid I cannot download them which is the reason I decided to try premium free trial. Guess I'll be cancelling it since it's useless.

I have youtube premium and it doesn't download with VPN enabled for some reason. I have to disable my VPN to download youtube videos. Is there a way to keep my VPN enabled while being able to download my videos?

I had the same issue. Have to disable VPN if I want YT prem to download. But even then, I have ANOTHER issue, which is that it prefers to download over mobile data rather than WiFi. Turning "download over WiFi only" stops the downloads altogether, even when wifi is on and working.

youtube screwed downloading on PC. Now it forces so called intelligent download, which is anything but intelligent. I want to decide myself what I download dear RUclips. Why do you force me to download shit which I am not interested in?
