If I use Ai text generation for the title and short description texts, I always ask, "Please write it in plain or on the 5-6 grade level English" :) to avoid phrases like "Embark..." that usually show that AI text generation was used - saw them in too many descriptions last time. But in general, it helps a lot to save time on the video description. I usually make a lot of corrections in those descriptions anyway.
It is an amazing video, in the prompts of ChatGPT you could add something related to AI behavior, for example "you are a RUclips expert" or "act as professional marketer and create compelling BLAH BLAH like a copywriter". What software do you to SHARE YOUR SCREEN? Thank you so much
One more thing, instead of copying and pasting on each video from a Google Doc or so, you can make it as follows: Inside the CHANNEL CONTENT, go on the left down corner to SETTINGS, then in the new window go to UPLOAD DEFAULTS, and copy it one time there (saving time)
You crack me up Alexa. It's so refreshing to see a REAL person be REAL. I've been doing a channel for 3 years for my church posting and editing my Sunday sermons. After turning 80 last year I got a great idea for my own channel. I am about to launch the end of September. I've been recording my first 15 videos and using pretty much your method but not posting them yet. I hope to capture your REAL you style. You're very inspirational. 👍
Oh I love that! I’m so excited for you! Please let me know when you launch I would love to support it. Wow such an inspiration you are and will be! 80 year old youtuber absolutely brilliant - love it! 💜💜💜
You are a breath of fresh air! Talk about authentic. I’ve been overwhelmed with juggling everything and have settled with “it doesn’t need to be perfect, it just needs to get done.” This from a control freak. I’m enjoying your vids so much and can relate. I also have to plan stuff around the humans and animals in the house. Re coldsores: drink a lot of Lysine. Also, cover with make up. I get them through winter and when immune system is down. You are an inspiration! Thank you for your content. I grow with you Alexa. Thanks for keeping it real and not gate keeping.😊
I hit subscribe the moment you said "that's not my crowd." It's so freeing to let go of needing to be accepted by everyone and instead focus on people who genuinely connect with YOU. Very empowering ❤ As a new RUclipsr myself, I'm also harnessing this positive energy ❤❤❤️
I’m a widowed mom over 40, work full time, while finishing up my masters degree and soon to start my doctorate program. I have a lot I want to share from my experiences and you’ve inspired me to “just get it done” without obsessing over perfection and utilize my deadlines as goals. Thanks for the transparent advice. You gained me as a subscriber 🙂
I've had many, many cold sores growing up in NJ. I was told that as soon as I felt the tingle, put an ice cube on it. The moisture from the ice tricks it into thinking the blister has already formed so sometimes it just goes away. If it doesn't, I found the best thing was plain old antibiotic ointment. I love your videos because of how real they are. Editing concerns me because so many seem to dislike it, so being a little raw appeals to me. Keep the ''real' coming.
Thank you for the tip. I’ve tried the ice thing. Sometimes I feel it prevents it from getting bigger, but they burst through that ice pack. 😅😂 Yes I think the raw appeals to a lot of people. Just go with what feels right for you. 💜
Your energy is astonishing not to mention the amount of info uou so generously share. I’m here for it all! It’s time for me to stop striving for perfection. I know I have value to share and am so fired up to make and post a video after watching this. My niche might be small. Or not. The point is - I am an expert on getting off the diet rollercoaster for women who are nearing or in or past menopause. Boom! I am psyched! Thx so much Alexa!!!!
From a new RUclipsr (me), This was the most helpful video I have found on how to actually make the videos. Way better than all the "Big" RUclips teachers out there. Thank you so much for this!!🙏🙏🙏
I absolutely second this! Very real and working advice. I think a lot of people (myself included) have those "posting blocks" because we listen to big youtubers and can't compare to what they have in place. It can be really discouraging. Loved this video!
This resonates with my full schedule-I love you’re a “get it done” woman and you aren’t messing around, encouraging others to do what you can with what you have. Excellent and doable! Thanks!
goodness lady, you are an inspiration! like... this was shown to me and I also am trying to do 3 videos per week, and with one of my videos doing really well out of the blue, that also got me over the hump for my watch time to get me monetized, she is saying EVERYTHING which is correct. EVERYTHING. and if you are over 40 and looking at this comment and listening to her video, go for it! its the best thing you can do for yourself like how she and myself have for us. YOU CAN DO IT!
Since I first started following you I found you to be a real person who has a talent of teaching and relating to the audience. The more I view your videos the more I learn to set my fears of creating a RUclips channel behind me. I consider myself lucky in that the algorithm brought your channel into my life. It's been a real life changer and that's saying a lot since I'm 75 years old. Thanks for sharing your knowledge , inspiration and motivation. Wishing you the very best in all your endeavors. ☺️🌹❤️
Wow, thank you! 😊 Your comment melted my heart. So beautiful and kind. Thank you for sharing it. ❤️ It means a lot also coming from someone who has lived a a long life already.
I’m in no spot to give advice on growing a RUclips channel, but! If you’re having storage issues on your MacBook, I’d suggest getting a Network Attached Storage (NAS). Think of it like hosting your own personal Cloud within your home. It’s been awesome for my business productivity!
Ok, Alexa, this video is fire! Honest, inspiring, humble but in the same time showing hunger for growth. You gave me chills. I'm the same generation, on the same path, trying to get there. Once again, thank you for the step-by-step guide.
omg that clap trick! I'm definitely going to use that, that's so smart. And I need to do more B-Roll myself, so I'm thinking of stealing that tagging method too. :D love the tips in this one and of course we're all here for the cold-sores!
❤I post almost every day! And 75% are unplanned and usually filmed the day I post, and nothing I say is scripted, and it works for me. I think of myself as a “variety” content creator, even with 18k, I film as if I’m the only one watching, that keeps me happy, when I see that people watch, that keeps me going!❤
OMG that was hilarious!!! I LOVE that you showed the crayons on the floor. That was literally where I cackled OUT Loud. Love how real you are !!! 🎉🎉🎉 thnak you for all your energy and knowledge and support I do appreciate it!! ❤
Oh my goodness! I'm SO glad to have found you today! I'm 53, just starting out with fairly basic equipment and this is giving me SO much hope! THANK YOU for sharing all of this! I'm rewatching AND taking notes ♥
That tip about clapping your hands when you mess up was the first I have ever heard for editing! Excellent advice! Your videos have been recommended everyday on my feed and I really appreciate how authentic and honest you are. Being a content creator seems so intimidating, but you make it feel possible for almost anyone to become. Don’t stop creating girl! You’re a huge inspiration. ❤
Thanks, @AlexaSaarenoja. I'm halfway through the video and thought I would post this message immediately. This video has been a breath of fresh air. I have been procrastinating for far too long, but no more. This week I will post at least one video although my goal is to start my channel( probably go with my name) with 5 videos so there is something for the algorithm to push. I like, 'No systems, no excuse' (Paraphrased) Keep up the good work, your quirky authenticity is infectious. Regards Clint
A tip on the coldsore topic take L-lysine supplements it will help prevent them. My lips are super sensitive to salt, citrus, sun & stress. I use spf 30 on my lips. My coldsores pop up on some stressful moment. L-lysine helps heal it fast or helps prevent them if consistent. My body lacks the enzymes I have had the cold sore issues my entire life. My aunt & grandmother had the same issues too. Thank you for all your transparency & vulnerability in your videos. I just wish I could talk with energy. I sound slow & old anymore. 🤦♀️🤪
Yes OMG I can relate. In the winter I could just think cold sore and they appear 😱 It’s like some people say they look at carbs and gain weight 😅 same feeling! Wishing you the best with your channel! People say as lol the time I speak too fast, so slow and steady might just work out for you!! 💜
I love “do what works for you” because I am unorthodoxed by nature and have been discouraged because I couldn’t keep up with strict structured boxy ways of creating - sure I do need a north star (like post Mon, Tue, Wed by 9pm)- but I need to get it done my way..with 5 kids, husband, full time job and hormonal shifts😂
Yayyyy scrappy for the win! Time constraints, old computer, and showing up as-is. Thanks for "permission" to just get it done somehow 😊 One thing that helps me is protecting filming space from clutter so it's one less friction to get to work.
😂 yea I can’t seem to be able to protect any space in my house from a three year old 😅 Usually I clear the space before I start and light a candle for calm energy, but just gotta go with the flow most days. But yes love that idea! 💜
This was super informative! Thank you! My biggest struggle is that my makeup takes FOREVER to do, and im chronically ill, so my brain doesn't always feel like working how it should. So when I have a "good day," I need to make use of it to the fullest. Thank you for your tips and insight 😇🖤
I subscribed to you're channel because i think you're real. And that you tell how your process is for you from the beginning and how youre handling your day to day task. I think a lot a pple can relate to that. And your honest about your process. Most pple just talk about how great theor millions are. But we all know theee had to be alot of work put into it. So thanks for sharing how tough it can be at times. But i know the reward is great. So thank you and keep it up. Who knows. I might hit you up for a coaching session. I live in New Zealand. But anything is possible 😊❤
This video was so thorough. I watched all the way through. You have become my go-to channel to watch as a new youtube. I love how realistic your videos are. Keep up the good work.
Good morning Alexa, I find your videos invaluable! I spent an entire evening last Sunday making a subscribe animated thingy with bell sound, by watching you on my iphone step by step whilst doing it on my macbook air. You are so kind to share the knowledge you have already learned along your youtube journey. I watch absolutely EVERYTHING you produce as it's so valuable to my own growth. Could you possibly show us how you get your pixabay images to come up your split screen? That would be my next new thing to learn. I will watch you with or without cold sores 🙂❤ xx
❤ Yes, yes, yes! Thank you for the great tips Alexa. I love talking to women about having balance between kids-motherhood and all the things in between and this method of just showing up as the real you without the super perfect planning works! We’ll done 👏🏾
We have a similar process. Totally different channels, but I'm finding so much about this is about time management and the whole "Done is better than perfect" motto. Like you said, it's thoughtfully done, but it's okay if it's not perfect. You've helped me so much! 😊
WOW! I just came across your channel !!!!! This was the BEST video I've seen EVER on this topic........... OH My does it make me realize how much I complicate putting my videos out there.....I can't wait to put this all into action..............Thank you SO MUCH!!!!💡😊❤
LOVE the clap trick! Great video, thank you Alexa. As a busy mum, I really needed to hear some real and practical advice. Also, re laptops and storage. Four years ago I swapped my macbook air for a desktop mac. The price is roughly the same, the screen size and storage is much bigger on the imac. I appreciate people may want to do more on the go, but I found that when I'm out and about I can use my phone or ipad to do certain tasks and more chunky and technical tasks - at my desk on the imac. Oh, and the external hard drives aren't old school! They're powerful and much better value than sd cards, I find. A lot of creators use them! Thanks again for the video 🤩👏
Thank you Anastasia! I should probably look into a desktop mac..especially if the price is nearly the same, because I am not an on the go person anymore with three kids! haha I'm pretty much a homebody. So thank you! That's good to hear about the SD cards too, because I'm sticking with my external hd. :)
This was helpful, thanks. A tip for the cold sores - you can get clear patches which stick on top of the cold sore and make it a lot less visible. The patches are supposed to make cold sores go away faster. They don’t, but they make them a lot less irritating and stop them looking scabby and messy!
This was a great video and i could resonate with you as i have a full time job and a family. You have inspired me to start posting often based on your method. I have been posting twice weekly as i wanted everything to be perfect. And i realised my video that did super well was terrible in editing, i almost didnt post it. The msg ended up resonating with a lot of people. So you are right! It s the content that matter. From now on I am gonna go scrappy all the way.
This video was so inspiring and will help make my next talking head video because I rarely do them because it’s just not me but now is my chance to shine!
You’re a winner. I spent a lot of time learning how to make hook verbiage, Thumbnails, and then learning how to speak extemporaneously about tech. You do a great job!
I also do pretty much everything you do! Thank the Lord that I’ve found you! I love your transparency and think it’s enduring that you don’t edit your kids out! 🤗
Great video Alexa - a real fly on the wall view of how to making a great channel. Love the clap tip - I'll use that for my own videos. Keep on pushing out those great ideas!- Paul 😃😃 oh you crack me up - just listening and typing - cold sores hahahaha - I might have to keep listening and typing -
Thanks for sharing. I also do my thumbnail and title during or after editing my video. I started to use AI to generate a description from the transcript as well. One thing I had to add is “first person POV” for the summary. I’ve been posting blog versions of my videos too and it’s come handy. I now have a better understanding of keyword because of your video. I hope you can get MacBook replacement soon 😊. Thanks again.
Yes that’s a good point! I forgot to mention that - I’ve had to do the same in the beginning but now my ChatGPT is trained to always put in first person😂😅 but yes excellent point! 💜
Your videos are encouraging. I’m starting RUclips and have felt like I can’t just set up and record. I feel like I need everything to be perfect. Honestly I wish I could just set a camera up and record in my car. I have my best conversations there 🤔
this is very inspiring, new subscriber here , I'm 42 and getting ready to practice this for my new channel which just uploaded my very first video today
This is motivating, thank you. I want to post 2 videos per week. I have a baby and toddler. I’m going to make and post when toddler is in preschool for a couple hours per week 🙌🏼❤❤
this is so refreshing 🤩 I tried to get my videos done and followed gurus and joinrd courses but it was too complicated so I almost gave up 🤪 Thank you for giving me the hope ❤
This is so great! I love how real you are! I can’t wait until I’m this comfortable with myself on camera! The ChatGPT information was also very helpful! Thanks so much from your newest subscriber 😊😊
3 videos a week is a decent number, especially when you have a busy schedule like yours. I do 6 videos a week and time ranges from 8 to 20 min per video. You have great content, I'm glad you're doing well!
Thank you for sharing the part about making your thumbnail entitle after your video because big RUclipsrs always say do it before. And I do the same as you and spend probably 10 to 15 minutes with my title and thumbnail because I do use ChatGPT and canvas app. And maybe you and me are just getting better at it and that’s why we can do it in 10 to 15 minutes. But thank you for acknowledging, the fact that you do this after the video because that’s how I do it and I have no problem with it and I feel like it’s better that way
Finally a real person talking about the reality of video making. Thanks. Great video. I am from India and I struggle with this. Wanted to ask, how do you mark places on your editing software to add B Rools? Which editing software do you use? Thanks
People needed this permission to be their authentic self. We put so much pressure on ourselves to be perfect...so thank you for allowing us to no longer use being "perfect" as an excuse! Nobody can be you better than you!
I also do scrappy and after listening to your tips, I had 2 weeks off to regroup and my return video is doing much better. Thank you for all the inspiration 🖤
Just subscribed, I’m really really bad at remembering to do that. lol your videos are really helpful, and I’m getting a lot from them some really good nuggets of information that I can use for my channel. I’m only in my second month but I feel it’s going really well. Keep up the good work. X
Hi Alexa. Thanks for the video. I'm in a similar mindset. I don't have time to perfect. And perfect is the enemy of Done. Btw. Your video is great. No worries about anything called perfection!
Love this video thank you 🙏 🤩 I really needed to hear this as a new You Tuber. After watching I’m feeling so much less pressure to be perfect 🙏🌼🙏 Oh and I get cold sores as well. I’ve already posted a video with one. You can’t hide them 😂
Thanks for this. You gained a sub from the Philippines. You’re an inspiration, Alexa! I need something like this to organize my life lol. I’m also a youtuber over 40s 😍🇵🇭🙏🏼
@@AlexaSaarenoja so thrilled you commented! I’m inspired to invest on my learning as I navigate through vlogging because of you. I also dream of earning hundreds of thousands even millions in social media while I document our family life. So much fun looking at my old videos lol. I hope to improver every single time I upload but at the same have fun. Thanks again, Alexa! Love from the Philippines! 💖🙏🏼🇵🇭
I am trying to grow my channel to preach the gospel. Love these tips! Do you always post long form 3 times a week? I mostly do shorts right now, not many views on long forms yet...
Oh yeah, my baby sister from another Mr. You are speaking my language. Thanks for this. My first upload happened last week. I made two last night back to back. I am on a mission. I stopped at 2 because it was late, but three is the magic number. Let's go!!!❤❤❤😂🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Let me know if this helped or please share any of your hacks for getting it done! xoxo
It definitely helped! I know now I’m not alone! lol the struggle is real.

Just get it done! 😅😂 Done is better than none. 💜
True sir...
Thanks!
OMG 😳 You are awesome! 🤩 really in shock right now. Wow thank you ☺️ so kind. I truly appreciate it! 💜💜💜

This just made my shoulders relax. I can make something non-negotiable if I know I can be scrappy! Scrappy I can do!
Scrappy is awesome! 🤩

You got this! And wow you have a lot going on! Super woman genes for sure! 😅❤️
You just won over a new subscriber. Excellent real life tips for busy women that want to get shit done “good enough” not perfect. ❤
Yes just get it done!! ✅
Your growth has been CRAZY AMAZING-I saw you before you had 1000…amazing! Congrats!

Thank you for your kind words and for watching! I appreciate it. One day I will make it to New Zealand it's been on my bucket list for years! xoxo
You got a true subscriber here, I love the fact that you’re so authentic ❤
Thank you and I love that you support it. 💜🎉
Thank you for posting this. I’m just getting started and only have free time when kids are at school. I can soooo relate to you!
"Be scrappy and get it done". I love this motto and will be adopting it as my own.
Happy to learn from you. Although you are busy you know how to connect all of them. Thank you for helping a lot of new RUclipsr like me to learn.
You're welcome and thanks for watching!
This video was so thorough. I watched all the way through. You have become my go-to channel to watch as a new youtube. I love how realistic your videos are. Keep up the good work.
Thank you 😊 I appreciate that! 💜💜
I am one of those a bit behind you (well, maybe a lot behind) and appreciate the clear description of how you get it all done!
Thank you for letting me know is helpful. 💜
Yes I could do that for sure. Oh thank you 😅😂 cold sores and all. Love it ❤️
❤ Yes, yes, yes! Thank you for the great tips Alexa. I love talking to women about having balance between kids-motherhood and all the things in between and this method of just showing up as the real you without the super perfect planning works! We’ll done 👏🏾
You are so welcome! 🤗💜
Loved this! Learned a lot. Subscribed. I'm starting. my own channel & will be using some of your tips. Thanks !!!
Awesome! Thank you! 😊
Yours is my favorite new channel💜you are so real , relatable. Thank you for everything you share, I hope I can succeed.🙏✨️
Oh lovely to hear! Yea! xoxo
This is amazing thank you! I’m going to rewatch a couple of sections of this!
Glad you enjoyed it and found it helpful!
We have a similar process. Totally different channels, but I'm finding so much about this is about time management and the whole "Done is better than perfect" motto. Like you said, it's thoughtfully done, but it's okay if it's not perfect. You've helped me so much! 😊
I totally agree! 💜 Let’s just get out there and bring our messages to the world. 💫💜
I was the whole thinking - how is her accent so perfect 😂 now I know. You’re an American girl. Love your content! Good job! 🫶🏻
Whoa! Love the clap technique. Great tip. Of course mine would sound like a stadium roar!
😂
I love this so much! So real and informative. Thank you for sharing x
WOW! I just came across your channel !!!!! This was the BEST video I've seen EVER on this topic........... OH My does it make me realize how much I complicate putting my videos out there.....I can't wait to put this all into action..............Thank you SO MUCH!!!!💡😊❤
Glad it was helpful! You made my morning! 🥰
Enjoying this video as I watch. So transparent. Taking notes. Mom with 4 here and on my 9th year homeschooling.
Awesome 🤩 You are a rock star - four!! I can barely handle three 😅😂💜💜
LOVE the clap trick!
Now this is news to me! I have never heard of this!! Buying ASAP! Thank you for this information. 🤗🤗🤗💜💜
@@AlexaSaarenoja I hope they’re available in Finland! I’m pretty sure most of Europe has similar products to the UK.
Love this! I batch content Tiktok but for YT its to hard. Its given me inspiration. Thank you
This is the most valuable RUclips workflow video I’ve ever seen! Thanks ❤️
Wow, thanks!
I love your authenticity. ❤❤❤ I thought I was just a hot mess. Thank you! 🙏🏾
😂😂😂 Nope, me too 🎉 😅 Let’s ride our hot mess to success! 💜
I can totally relate. Thanks for showing real life youtube creation.
Of course!! 🙌
The clap is so smart!! Omg what a golden nugget ❤ Tfs!
Thanks for the real side of YT ! I’m getting one video done per week , thanks for the nudge ❤
You got this! Go for it!
Thank you so much for sharing your journey and all all of the amazing tips and insights! 🎉
You're welcome!
Yes!!!! Love hearing this! 🙌💜
This video was so inspiring and will help make my next talking head video because I rarely do them because it’s just not me but now is my chance to shine!
Wishing you the best with it! Go for it! 💜
You’re a winner. I spent a lot of time learning how to make hook verbiage, Thumbnails, and then learning how to speak extemporaneously about tech. You do a great job!
Oh thank you! 😊
I also do pretty much everything you do! Thank the Lord that I’ve found you! I love your transparency and think it’s enduring that you don’t edit your kids out! 🤗
Yes! Thank you! 😊 Nah, they’re cute ☺️ keep them in! 😂😅
@@AlexaSaarenojaI love that you keep them ( your kids) in! it’s enduring and sweet and shows that you are real!
Great video Alexa - a real fly on the wall view of how to making a great channel. Love the clap tip - I'll use that for my own videos. Keep on pushing out those great ideas!- Paul 😃😃 oh you crack me up - just listening and typing - cold sores hahahaha - I might have to keep listening and typing -
Haha yes maybe I share too much information sometimes 😂😂😅😅😅
Thanks for sharing. I also do my thumbnail and title during or after editing my video. I started to use AI to generate a description from the transcript as well. One thing I had to add is “first person POV” for the summary. I’ve been posting blog versions of my videos too and it’s come handy. I now have a better understanding of keyword because of your video. I hope you can get MacBook replacement soon 😊. Thanks again.
Yes that’s a good point! I forgot to mention that - I’ve had to do the same in the beginning but now my ChatGPT is trained to always put in first person😂😅 but yes excellent point! 💜
The subscribe button after the ad ! A gem ! 💎
A gem !
Will be copying that! 😬🙏🏼♥️
Nice!
Your videos are encouraging. I’m starting RUclips and have felt like I can’t just set up and record. I feel like I need everything to be perfect. Honestly I wish I could just set a camera up and record in my car. I have my best conversations there 🤔
Go for it! Have you seen this guy? He did just that and became a huge success. m.ruclips.net/video/3JMHyDSk0VU/видео.html 🙌
@@AlexaSaarenoja no I hadn’t seen it but thank you for sharing! That’s something I could definitely do
You've given me so much inspiration and confidence with this video...not to mention some great practical tips. Thanks!
Fantastic! 🎉💜
this is very inspiring, new subscriber here , I'm 42 and getting ready to practice this for my new channel which just uploaded my very first video today
Thanks for subbing! And congrats on your very first video!! That's huge!
This is motivating, thank you. I want to post 2 videos per week. I have a baby and toddler. I’m going to make and post when toddler is in preschool for a couple hours per week 🙌🏼❤❤
Go for it! That’s awesome! 🤩
this is so refreshing 🤩 I tried to get my videos done and followed gurus and joinrd courses but it was too complicated so I almost gave up 🤪 Thank you for giving me the hope ❤
You got this! Keep it simple. 💜
I really liked how you show the screen vs full room view.
Thank you for this video. It's encouraging and inspiring, and very practical. I appreciated it. Press on!
Thank you! Will do! 🎉
Fabulous tips! I also love using chat GPT and Gemini for my scripts, sooo helpful! I’m super encouraged by your growth and authenticity ❤
Wonderful! 💜 Thank you 😊
I wish I were so organized. I will follow some of your great tips, and I may buy a big clock for my office!
Glad it was helpful! Am I organized? 😅😂 Thank you Burt! 💜
This is so great! I love how real you are! I can’t wait until I’m this comfortable with myself on camera! The ChatGPT information was also very helpful! Thanks so much from your newest subscriber 😊😊
Thank you so much!! 😊 you will get there 🙌 Best of luck with your channel!
3 videos a week is a decent number, especially when you have a busy schedule like yours. I do 6 videos a week and time ranges from 8 to 20 min per video. You have great content, I'm glad you're doing well!
Thank you and thanks for sharing your video cadence! Nice to hear about others. 🙌
Great video and very enlightening to know I am not the only one that is a hot mess trying to stay up with posting regularly.
😂😅 to my fellow hot mess - let’s do this! 🙌💜
Man this video is awesome. Just exactly what a lot of us really need to hear. Just get it done. Focus on value over style.
Absolutely! Boom! 💜
But thank you for acknowledging, the fact that you do this after the video because that’s how I do it and I have no problem with it and I feel like it’s better that way
Yes nice to know I’m not the only one going against the grain of teachings. 😂😅🙌💜
I love your insight Alexa. Thanks and reaching out to you ❤❤❤
So glad! 😀
I love your realness. It's so refreshing.
Thank you! xoxo
Finally a real person talking about the reality of video making. Thanks. Great video. I am from India and I struggle with this. Wanted to ask, how do you mark places on your editing software to add B Rools? Which editing software do you use? Thanks
I use keyboard short cut “m” in iMovie. 🙌🥳
Yeah, I have the same MacBook Air as you! It’s very hard to edit. Good work! 3 videos a week? 👏👏. Amazing! 🤩
It really is! 😅🤣🤣
People needed this permission to be their authentic self. We put so much pressure on ourselves to be perfect...so thank you for allowing us to no longer use being "perfect" as an excuse! Nobody can be you better than you!
Exactly!! 🌸
You are amazing! I love that I found you! 😊
I also do scrappy and after listening to your tips, I had 2 weeks off to regroup and my return video is doing much better. Thank you for all the inspiration 🖤
Wonderful! 🎉💜 Congrats!
Just subscribed, I’m really really bad at remembering to do that. lol your videos are really helpful, and I’m getting a lot from them some really good nuggets of information that I can use for my channel. I’m only in my second month but I feel it’s going really well. Keep up the good work. X
Thanks for subbing! And congrats on your new channel and recent growth! 💜
@@AlexaSaarenoja thank you. 🙏🏼 really happy with how it’s going
Hi Alexa. Thanks for the video. I'm in a similar mindset. I don't have time to perfect. And perfect is the enemy of Done. Btw. Your video is great. No worries about anything called perfection!
So true! Thank you!
I love this video. So informative and exactly what I needed for motivation today, thankyou
Glad it was helpful! 🎉💜
Love this video thank you 🙏 🤩 I really needed to hear this as a new You Tuber. After watching I’m feeling so much less pressure to be perfect 🙏🌼🙏 Oh and I get cold sores as well. I’ve already posted a video with one. You can’t hide them 😂
Ugh cold sores. But bravo for pushing through with it anyway, that’ll be me this winter too 😅 💜
Thanks for this. You gained a sub from the Philippines. You’re an inspiration, Alexa! I need something like this to organize my life lol. I’m also a youtuber over 40s 😍🇵🇭🙏🏼
Thanks for subbing! 🤩
🥊🥊" I'm scrappy and I get it done."🥊🥊
GOLD!!!!
Scrappy all the way! For now at least…
So much info and quality in one video. Love it!!
Glad you liked it! 🙌
I am trying to grow my channel to preach the gospel. Love these tips! Do you always post long form 3 times a week? I mostly do shorts right now, not many views on long forms yet...
Yes I do! 3 long forms a week since May…seems to be working but I’m testing a shorts theory at the moment. We’ll see what happens. 🙌
@@AlexaSaarenoja ok thanks
wow, thank you for the hack with clapping hands 👍 I also record in one long shot and mess up quite often so this could help 😁
Yes great for speeding up editing. 🙌
the tips for using chat gpt are so useful! thank you so much!
Oh yeah, my baby sister from another Mr. You are speaking my language. Thanks for this. My first upload happened last week. I made two last night back to back. I am on a mission. I stopped at 2 because it was late, but three is the magic number. Let's go!!!❤❤❤😂🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Yes I agree three does seem to be the magic number and nice to meet you big sis! 💜💜
