+Gosti.C This is incorrect. The canon books that were released actually were based a lot around the morality of capsuleer lives over ship hands. While the ships do have escape pods, according to the book, if you dont make it, you dead. It did state that most of the people on board would typically die.
Glad we're acknowledging that capsuleers are crazy deadly to the masses. Know what isn't? The finesse and precision of an infantry mercenary. We don't kill innocents in our wars.

You can certainly draw some similarities between Upwell's narrative around Citadels and Sansha Kuvakei's Esoteria slavery paradise.
