Another thing you can do if you have a friend. Your friend can find one of these raids, save before hand, invite you to do the raid with then just turn off the game without saving. The raid will still be there to be able to do again. You will keep the rewards and your friend can just keep repeating this to get you stacked. Then take turns doing this and stack up a huge amount of items for the two of you
It's interesting that all the pokemon who give extra rewards have a really high base HP stat, I wonder if they're intentionally rewarding us extra for taking down raids with more HP
Yeah your right i think more hp = more rewards because the more you stay in a raid the higher the chance you’ll lose or something because dondoso for some reason gives me a hard time 😢

Yeah, the idea is that those are Pokemon that can be hard to take down within the time limit, if you aren't properly prepared. A lot of them get sleep moves which drag out the timer and just have so much HP
Just to save everyone time, if you want to grind easy Herba Mystica this strat is absolutely helpful, but if you’re like me and was searching for ability patches, you’re better off doing normal 6 star raids. At the end of the day you have a 10% chance to find one of the 6 Pokemon plus there’s a 4% chance you’re gonna find an ability patch on top of that for any tera raid. Essentialy you can find an ability patch faster by tackling any 6 star raid instead of only battling the 6 pokemon listed. A lot of time is gonna spent on collecting ingredients from shops, traveling, making sandwhiches and resetting than actually fighting raids. It’s much faster to just do 6 star raids online or save scum as the host than to keep battling the same 6 pokemon. Took me 12 hours straight and I only got one patch using this method. However, I do have a lot of herba mystica which is a plus.
IDK, I feel like by the time you searched for the raid & made the sandwich you might as well beat all the 6-star raids you found and would eventually get more Herbas. I might be wrong, but this is just the impression I have
you’re right! he does however say near the end that this is if you’re specifically targeting following stats to get the best success rate for Herbas. you could get lucky and each six star along the way you defeat could give you good herbas drop, but some don’t drop any, and if you’re unlucky it would be less efficient. the good thing here is that even if it adds a tiny bit more time, it’s a method, which gives a better guarantee
If you have 2 consoles and games you can do this and exit with the main account before the screen and just farm the same raid repeatedly gett8ng the most out of your 30 min raid type increase.
Anyone notice the weird new glitch where Pokémon will somehow initiate a fight with you and it’s like 20 meters away and you barely touched it at all? Also full odds shinies with shiny charm are just popping up everywhere. Caught 4 in the span of 20 mins
I think this is happening to me too I’ll randomly get stopped because a Pokémon far away wanted to battle and same with shiny charm full odds with shiny and have gotten 10 shinies in the span of an 1-2 hours. They’re just popping up everywhere
Yeah I have had that happen too, weirdly I found a spot where I could replicate it. In the swamp area in the eastern part of the map there was a toedscool in a bush I am not sure if that is a static spawn, it would always initiate a battle if I went past that at a certain angle or point or something not entirely sure whats causing it. Can not confirm the shinies, I am yet to find a full odds, maybe I missed some that would definitely be possible. Only found them during sandwich hunts which don't seem to be much faster since I have gotten the shiny charm
Oof, if you're cool with the time travel exploit, then just use the item duplication exploit. In an hour I stacked up about 200 ability patches, sold half of 'em for like 12 million dollars. You can just as easily have just as much of any other item in just as much time. Save/turn off auto save, then: 1) Given ability patch to koraidon/miraidon to hold. 2) Press plus twice to mount and dismount. 3) Add legendary mount to 6th slot of your party. 3) Go catch something easy, Lechonk for example. 4) Choose to add to party, pick the mount. 5) Then press A/B at roughly the same time (might take a few tries at first). 6) When done right, you'll get both prompts at once, bag the patch. 7) You'll now have 2 mounts, one in party, one in mount form, give the one in party the patch again. 8) [Loop begins now:] Pick the mount in party, return to mount (you'll still have 2). 9) Go over to and into boxes, press X to go to item mode, then L to cycle over to the special box for your mount. 10) Take the mount's patch and exit the box. 11) Go back to step 8, loop as long as you want. Each loop takes about 10 seconds, that's 6 patches a minute, 360 an hour at maximum efficiency. They sell for $125,000 each. EDIT: NVM, guess they patched, still works for me though since I kept a clone mount around, sorry if you didn't!
What would be helpful would be to see if there is an area that spawns several of these so I cam sit in one area & check it for a higher likelihood of being the raid I want.
You can beat them fairly easily with the right Pokemon. Easiest one to train up is huge power azuremarill. It's stab Terra does heaps of damage. Just make sure you don't bring it against a bad type match up
We really need a guide on how to make all of the raid power 2 sandwiches. I’ve been looking for hours for something and no one has made anything. It would be great if you could make one for us.
@@huntercrowe4597 it does though. it tells you the sandwich recipes for raid power level 2. scroll through the images in that guide and you'll find each sandwich for each type of raid power level 2 and their ingredients. most of them are custom sandwiches, which you can make by going into creative mode in the sandwich menu by pressing x, and then selecting the ingredients.
you dont have to change time or date at all, as long as you go into the time change option and just select OK, it resets the raids. This is how ive been doing it, i dont change date or time at all
Was really confused for a hot minute there wondering what blissey ever did to this man then I realized he was reading the pokemon out of the order on screen
I have killed 7 6 star amoonguss today. No herba. Zero. I spent 4 hours to find the right raids and I got a total of 1 herba out of a Blissey. Yes I did eat the sandwiches to boost the drops. On my way to check the raids I found a total of 5 shinies including an authentic sinistea. My luck was on the shiny side today.
Try using two accounts to farm one once you find it has good drops? You could even save sandwich ingredients if the host makes it (who won’t be saving).
The sandwich part makes this NOT fast for some raid types. I've been trying to make a sandwich for a level 2 raid for about a half hour, here. I hope someone discovers better raid power recipes that don't require 4 sets of eggs!

I've had the same kind of luck, but with herba mystica. I've done countless 5 and 6 star raids with these higher drop rate pokemon and have only got herba mystica in 4 of those raids. I've even got ability patches 2 different times now which are much more rare
Wouldn't this process be like 100× better if you just hosted it to a friend over and over for the duration of their sandwhich then they found a raid and you made a sandwhich. 1 raids would be easier to do and 2 they can set up the same raid over and over. I still recommend rerolling the raid so we get herba we didn't have so after the sandwhich expires you look for a new raid. But over all making a sandwhich for 1 raid and rerolling over and over for like 10 minutes to get 3 herba mystica is highly inefficient. It's easier to check for a 5 Star you can one shot that you know drops a herba and do in 3 times then doing this 1 time. Guys just join a discord group and find people to play with or get another switch. Single player is not the way to farm.
Yep can agree, i bought the double pack fo Scarlet and Violet and just recently bought a pre-owned switch lite specifically for the purpose of being able to do multiplayer stuff by myself, however the drive mostly came form exactly what you were saying...do a raid with 1 other person, the host force closes the game on the rewards screen, the person who joined (the non-hosts, so up to 3 will benefit max) will still recieve the drops, then the host can re-battle the raid and get infinite herba.

while this is good, it also another factor of RNG of finding that target 6 star. it took me 30mins of SR average to get one of those 6 list mons. depending on luck. it just worse or slightly better than just reset and beat random 6 stars. this only useful if u have friends.

I have beaten about 40 5 star raids, why have I not seen ONE herba mystica? WHAT AM I MISSING? Been told all I have to do is see game credits and I should see them in 5-6 star raids.
Im doing a 5 star sableye raid that drops 2 herba and a bottle cap no sandwich needed get a friend to grind the raid I’d do easily 3 raids before someone does a sandwich with a 6 star raid lol
So at the end of the day, you gotta cheat lol, while not something I like to do, I certainly do like this info being out there for those who want to speed things along. I've been just enjoying the journey.

the only way ive seen is someone hosts it, then reloads the save point BEFORE they started the raid. But with that method, everyone except the host can get rewards.
I DID all this only to have multiple people joining with azuril or iron hands when not needed and then we lose... I WOULD LIKE TO SHOUT!! AZURIL AND IRON HANDS DON'T WORK FOR EVERY RAID!!!

And if they just joined with a Mon and didn’t belly drum right off the bat it would be fine. But they literally just kill themselves off the bat cause they don’t understand the raid mechanics
I still haven't used a single Herba yet... I was thinking about making something to help shiny hunt for a Pawniard but just the Shiny Charm from completing the dex and an Encounter Dark: 1 sandwich got him to pop up within 20 minutes of walking around while watching RUclips. I think they may have made shiny hunting a tad too easy in this game, I only intentionally hunted that one Pawniard and yet I've already filled an entire box of shinies from just walking between Raids.
I had an encounter/sparkling/title sandwich going last night looking luxray and two shinx so i could have luxio also. After two sandwiches... ... I ended up with one shinx AND SEVEN LUXRAY.

I've had bad luck with patches in general. I think it just takes patience and going at all the 6 stars you think you can.

unfortunately not all 6 stars drop all the herba so its more efficient if you are going for the herba to do it this way

For some reason its not working with me. I found a raid with an ability patch but even with a sandwich lv 3 I only get one drop.

There are specific Pokémon raids that drop mystica. Not all 5-6 drops them

Im doing a 5 star sableye raid that drops 2 herba and a bottle cap no sandwich needed get a friend to grind the raid I’d do easily 3 raids before someone does a sandwich with a 6 star raid lol

How do you repeat same raid you want to farm for herbas?
the only way ive seen is someone hosts it, then reloads the save point BEFORE they started the raid. But with that method, everyone except the host can get rewards.

And if they just joined with a Mon and didn’t belly drum right off the bat it would be fine. But they literally just kill themselves off the bat cause they don’t understand the raid mechanics

I was thinking about making something to help shiny hunt for a Pawniard but just the Shiny Charm from completing the dex and an Encounter Dark: 1 sandwich got him to pop up within 20 minutes of walking around while watching RUclips.
I think they may have made shiny hunting a tad too easy in this game, I only intentionally hunted that one Pawniard and yet I've already filled an entire box of shinies from just walking between Raids.
I had an encounter/sparkling/title sandwich going last night looking luxray and two shinx so i could have luxio also. After two sandwiches...
... I ended up with one shinx AND SEVEN LUXRAY.
It literally took me just under 60 attempts to find one :/
