First time I've watched this,her translation of Spanish is terrible not even close to what he said.

She's beautiful but the translation is not good, even my limited Spanish I understand he's expressing more than she says. Is there anyway the clip can have sub-titles added so with can get the wisdom Jordi is expressing.

i love watching Jordi. How he raises his eyebrows, hunches forward, it all makes him seem so humble and commited to what he wants to portray...can't stop looking for videos with him describing his cooking...
