Thanks for this video. Working as BPM and this Targets pressure is going extreme, even they started saying put your all work on side and just complete targets. Also opening our multiple accounts just to fulfil target and wasting our own money for that is very painful. Just think about the pressure level when employee start opening self multiple accounts just to show work in tgts... Mental peace is nowhere in this job. Finally I have made up my mind of leaving this job. Even better to ride ola uber than doing this hactic job. Guys think twice before applying 🙏

I am also bpm from jodhpur . It has been 11 months since I joined and i have gone through all that problems that harshita ji said But in this job you can take out adequate time for preparation and after 1 year we get a option for transfer and 3 years later we can gives the mts exam for pramotion. I would like to suggest that you can take this job as a part time job. Best of luck 😄🤞

Very good job..there are no targets for abpm like bpm & you also get promoted on mts group c post in only 2 years service of abpm by departmental exam so please don’t listen to anyone and go for it👍🏻
