Me as a ABPM I know accounts opening target pressure even job is of 4 hours but I have to work like both physically and mentally depresses even the department dont give us leave for giving college exams ... Worst job ever even my BPM doesn't do any work i have to look both BPM and ABPM works i have already complained SPM and Inspector many times but no action is shown , due to family financial issues i can't leave the job but dont join this job guys

i m not countering but you only counting positive points but as i know each of positive points there are negetiveness and also lots of other negetivity too. and i am saying this by 6years of experience.. if you join this job you are bounded and got limits too, and some are argue that i can doing side work , side study , thats not possible ,and situation is not same for every gds.
I would like to add 1 more thing, GDS is a B.O. staff, But if they would choose you to work in Subdivision or Head postoffices then you will get paid little bit more. I am GDS currently working in Subdivision postoffice and get paid nearly 29k per month( memo basis). I finish my work within 4-5 hours.

I would like to add 1 more thing, GDS is a B.O. staff, But if they would choose you to work in Subdivision or Head postoffices then you will get paid little bit more.
I am GDS currently working in Subdivision postoffice and get paid nearly 29k per month( memo basis). I finish my work within 4-5 hours.
