It still has so much potential to give but then again most things can be wrapped up nicely at this point too and it'll still be a relatively satisfying end. Just some things (mostly feel good moments) I would have loved to see; - Further development against the new big bad who've only just been introduced - The old Benerit Group (minus Peil) actually being on the same page for once to go against the big bad (especially now since they're mostly lead by the new younger guys but then again none of them have the experience so this isn't realistic) - Suletta and Eri reuniting in a gundam again. - We just concluded the Jeturk brothers "mini arc" and I wanna see Guel do more bad ass piloting - As much as he hates it, I wanna see El5n get back in the Pharact but he also fulfilled his role nicely here protecting Miorine and Belmeria - Basically the two points above is to feature more of the Schwarzette and Pharact. Side note/thoughts on this episode: Holy shit is Suletta a beast in a gundam despite her physical limitations. Surprised at how Lauda managed to overwhelm Guel in a fight. You could argue that Guel was holding back but Lauda performed surprisingly well here (although he was hard carried by Schwarzette's abilities)

I actually like this a whole lot more than Gundam Unicorn's similar WMD blocking, because here it's established that Eri can use the network of GUND Nodes to create a shield to block an entire fleet's worth of beam weapons, and she still paid the price for it. On the other hand, the Unicorns simply tank the Solar System through psychoframe newtype hax demonstrating a power never even seen before, and they just self-repair the damage afterwards.
And this how aerial never fix it up by herself like Unicorn did fix himself but , well I guess eri will installed on calilban in next episode I hope so

In the case of the last-minute 'damage', it wasn't really damage but basically the Unicorn 01 fragmenting its armor so that each can generate their own psychofield as well. 'Repairing' was just recalling all the shard pieces that you see it shedding as it flew around in the 'perfected state'.

This time they didn’t pulled of a zero requiem tho. (Or it’s 1 episode early for that conclusion) In The Tempest Prospero didn’t die and Ariel got her freedom after finishing all of her tasks.
This whole episode made me tremble knowing that some of the main cast will die and Eri's death is alr predictable but NOT SACRIFICING HER LIFE BEFORE THE FINALE. Guel's almost death made me cried so hard that Patrick decided to give him his plot armor to Guel. Welp... theres always that one organisation wants to use a giant beam laser to end the war, take control of everything even politics or most importantly, "You thought he/she was your final boss? Turns out, The Main Villain is not the main villain Instead, The real main villain was the twisted leader and the Peil group who insatiable on resolve the purpose to destroy Quiet Zero and selfishly to those who stopped Prospera
Schwarzette, even though doesn't have a traditional V-fin but instead have a angelic halo, still gives a chilling gundam glare to it. And the great sword- turned to bits with the real skinny sword is very well designed.
WOW. BEST GUNDAM TO-date. Totally didn't expect 3 newer things to happen. This should happen for every series in that they revolutionise how things are to be/can be. 1. Guel Jeturk DOESN"T DIE. LoL. I was totally expecting Guel to die in YET ANOTHER sibling spat in a Gundam Series, that kills off the other right away. And then, Felsi showed up and shoot these ice-cloured snow extinguishers that I guess freezes the impeding-to-explode mobile suit? Wow, This is NEW and totally logical too. 2. The use of Haros as AI protector robots (not just a mascot anymore), in protective plating** some more. And the use of "actual bullet sounds" in space. The shooting rounds in a Gundam Series have never sounded so realistic until now. 3. The REALISTIC-ness of this entire series, how politic works, how adults generally behave, how other adults would hide/ deny infomation if the other person doesnt know he/they have such privileges, and how the general? on the large super cannon was like "yea... nay, your group has existed for so long, so big, it's my time to shine" shoots to erase Delling Rembran and the Benerit Group for his own benefiteven though the whole Skynet Data Storm Ai takeover had been resolved. WOW. Kids in school, yet super realistic politics, human nature and instinctive behavours to kill on the battlefield. WOW. Just WOW from me as someone who has started to feel Gundam as a series is beginning to stale, since Gundam SEED 2000.
Turns out the real villain is still extreme capitalism after all. The corpos are & will always be a backstabbing rats. After this episode, I truly believe now that Guel deserved the title "Fortunate Bob," just like with Jesus Yamato & Immortal Colasour.
Shaddiq, Prospera, Delling, and Lauda will have room to develop themselves moving forward. Schwarzette back to stonks after that good showing. Eri going La Flaga ala Unicorn v Gryps 2 seems fitting given Suletta's backstory having some semblance to Le Creuset/Kira (albeit more loving parents). Who was barring Ericht from going all out which allowed Chuchu to push the shuttle to QZ? My primary guess is Nortrette also being stuck in a data storm to protect her daughter. Connects with Delling's interest in pushing the QZ project. Prospera with the "A mother can be very strong" would also fall in line with that. The next mystery is if Nortrette is going to go full Marianne. Miorine doing the Kira Yamato move of reprogramming systems amidst extreme stress. Also Elan going Suzaku to get Prospera's mask off.
I caught that too, someone stopped Eri from outright destroying Suletta and everyone else at 8:49 and my first instinct (okay actually second, I thought it was one of the Eri clones but it didn't make sense at all) was Miorine's mum since she was also involved in QZ. I like how you jump in between code geass and gundam references haha.

Eri boss fight incoming. I'm getting Touhou flashbacks, since this fight may become a bullet hell sequence, with all the bits and gund bits firing at Suletta inside a data storm that's almost like the trippy background environment of a Touhou level.
Looks like we're back to seeing good old-fashioned beam rifle vs funnel mobile suit battles when Suletta/Calibarn faces off against Ericht/Aerial Rebuild. But what I'm really hoping is Suletta taking back Aerial Rebuild to stop Prospera once and for all 👍
They probably also forgot that iirc Eri at one point let Suletta took full control on their early match against shadiq's group in mid-battle, and she is doing quite well. There is also some moment after Suletta no longer pilot aerial, that she is doing really well on her pilot training at school.
Calibarn's performance is almost equal to that of Aerial Rebuild. It is a trade off by having no filter on datastorm, it can produce and maintain a higher score setting than what is supplied to it. Adding Suletta's piloting and experience with Aerial, she can fight on equal terms.

Thought there would be lots of casualties in the penultimate ep but turns out only one, and it's the most impactful death. Eri, you have done well. This series has been sparse with deaths but so far the deaths have been impactful. From elan4, Sophie, Norea and now Eri. Next week most likely Prospera will die, so as the baddies from Peil.

I love that the main enemy is the main Gundam and the hero's Gundam is the Tallgeese callback. Excellent formula switch up and the Calibarn is so incredibly badass and well designed
Felsi went from Zero to Hero. Elan 5 went from Zero to Hero. Lauda went from Zero to Felsi's baggage. Felsi's the MVP of this episode to me. Protected our boy Bob from Gundam Tradition of Killing the Characters You Love. Something I never thought I'd say considering how their group started out as the school's main bullies.

Imagine on this section of the game having a bullet hell that will keep you spawning over and over again. Eri's final act will not have her stained as a villain, but a hero. All of the betrayals had been unleased in the last 2 episodes. And to think that we will going to get a heartbreak from Guel's supposedly death but came up alive and well. The only true villains is the Peil techniologies and the entire Fleet of renegade Cathedra just to stop the atrocious Beneritt group. I knew my suspicion was correct about the peil company and they didnt do anything something suspicious from the second season.
Cathedra is like the space police on space, but they refused to interfere this conflict. Space Assembly League is the one who owns the giga weapon and wants to interfere Benerit Group by using every tool available (even by the proxy war on Earth).
Maaan! That Lauda vs Guel death battle almost became Sergei Smirnov vs Andrei Smirnov... I don't expect some of the repli-child survives but hopefully Ericht still does within Aerial. but yeah! I almost thought that The Cathedral didn't pose that much threat it turns out they were just hiding behind the scene, finally they've shown their true colors with their Colony Laser. That said, I doubt this series will conclude in just one more episode. Sunrise has never done a season 3 in any Gundam series but, TWFM could be the first one or Sunrise could go to movie route.

WOW. BEST GUNDAM TO-date. Totally didn't expect 3 newer things to happen. This should happen for every series in that they revolutionise how things are to be/can be.
1. Guel Jeturk DOESN"T DIE. LoL. I was totally expecting Guel to die in YET ANOTHER sibling spat in a Gundam Series, that kills off the other right away. And then, Felsi showed up and shoot these ice-cloured snow extinguishers that I guess freezes the impeding-to-explode mobile suit? Wow, This is NEW and totally logical too.
2. The use of Haros as AI protector robots (not just a mascot anymore), in protective plating** some more. And the use of "actual bullet sounds" in space. The shooting rounds in a Gundam Series have never sounded so realistic until now.
3. The REALISTIC-ness of this entire series, how politic works, how adults generally behave, how other adults would hide/ deny infomation if the other person doesnt know he/they have such privileges, and how the general? on the large super cannon was like "yea... nay, your group has existed for so long, so big, it's my time to shine" shoots to erase Delling Rembran and the Benerit Group for his own benefiteven though the whole Skynet Data Storm Ai takeover had been resolved.
WOW. Kids in school, yet super realistic politics, human nature and instinctive behavours to kill on the battlefield. WOW. Just WOW from me as someone who has started to feel Gundam as a series is beginning to stale, since Gundam SEED 2000.

Who was barring Ericht from going all out which allowed Chuchu to push the shuttle to QZ? My primary guess is Nortrette also being stuck in a data storm to protect her daughter. Connects with Delling's interest in pushing the QZ project. Prospera with the "A mother can be very strong" would also fall in line with that. The next mystery is if Nortrette is going to go full Marianne.
Miorine doing the Kira Yamato move of reprogramming systems amidst extreme stress. Also Elan going Suzaku to get Prospera's mask off.
I caught that too, someone stopped Eri from outright destroying Suletta and everyone else at 8:49 and my first instinct (okay actually second, I thought it was one of the Eri clones but it didn't make sense at all) was Miorine's mum since she was also involved in QZ.

They probably also forgot that iirc Eri at one point let Suletta took full control on their early match against shadiq's group in mid-battle, and she is doing quite well.
There is also some moment after Suletta no longer pilot aerial, that she is doing really well on her pilot training at school.
Calibarn's performance is almost equal to that of Aerial Rebuild. It is a trade off by having no filter on datastorm, it can produce and maintain a higher score setting than what is supplied to it. Adding Suletta's piloting and experience with Aerial, she can fight on equal terms.

Thought there would be lots of casualties in the penultimate ep but turns out only one, and it's the most impactful death. Eri, you have done well.
This series has been sparse with deaths but so far the deaths have been impactful. From elan4, Sophie, Norea and now Eri.

@@valterriazen2661 kinda high, i mean whoever interrupted quiet zero could have saved eri also given how she said "why get in the way" meaning either Miorine mom is a part of quiet zero or remnants of something strong enough to interfere.
Imagine on this section of the game having a bullet hell that will keep you spawning over and over again.
Eri's final act will not have her stained as a villain, but a hero. All of the betrayals had been unleased in the last 2 episodes. And to think that we will going to get a heartbreak from Guel's supposedly death but came up alive and well. The only true villains is the Peil techniologies and the entire Fleet of renegade Cathedra just to stop the atrocious Beneritt group. I knew my suspicion was correct about the peil company and they didnt do anything something suspicious from the second season.
Cathedra is like the space police on space, but they refused to interfere this conflict. Space Assembly League is the one who owns the giga weapon and wants to interfere Benerit Group by using every tool available (even by the proxy war on Earth).
Peil is nothing but suspicious

Maaan! That Lauda vs Guel death battle almost became Sergei Smirnov vs Andrei Smirnov... I don't expect some of the repli-child survives but hopefully Ericht still does within Aerial. but yeah! I almost thought that The Cathedral didn't pose that much threat it turns out they were just hiding behind the scene, finally they've shown their true colors with their Colony Laser.
That said, I doubt this series will conclude in just one more episode. Sunrise has never done a season 3 in any Gundam series but, TWFM could be the first one or Sunrise could go to movie route.

The Guel/Lauda subplot should’ve been resolved earlier, it felt like they took up too much screentime in this epsiode. The conflict between Suletta and Eri should’ve been the main focus here
