Llandudno North Wales 🏴 Beaches, Promenade, Pier & The Great Orme.

- Llandudno Wales is an Amazing old Seaside town full of Character. Stroll along the Beach & promanade to the longest Pier in Wales (700m) Take a stroll around the Great Orme, Ride the cable car, or Tram to the top. Visit the arcades, ride on the big wheel, Take a boat trip or even the Speed boat ! Also visit one of the many pubs or restaurants, or simply take a picnic on the beach. Watch one of the oldest Punch & Judy shows daily. Take a bus ride around the Great Orm, or a sight seeing trip across to Conwy. Llandudno town centre offers some great shopping to be had, also there are many hotels, and guest houses to choose from for a weekend, or mid week break.
All in all a great day out for all the family.

Very good to walk around and visit some lovely sites, then afterwards go to one of those Amasing pubs for a Bar Snack and a couple of cool pints. Hi Geoff Michael here North Wales it's a great pier Llandudno nice sunny day to have a few cold beers 😊, you should of had a Cheshire pie, made in Sandbach the best award winning pies you could taste, my friend owns that o1 on the pier 👌👍

Great vlog Geoff, we went there on family holidays 40 odd years ago, staying in guest houses in one of the back streets. We still visit a few times a year and love climbing the Great Orme past the tram stop and back down past the ski slope through Happy Vally park, finishing with goodies from the seafood stall on the pier, sat on my brother’s memorial bench 👍
My mother's Aunty Cissie and Uncle Jack Tipton , owned CliffDale in Llandudno , it was a boarding house . My mum loved this place so much as a girl ,She wrote of it in her autobiography, EVERGREEN , . there are cousins in Llandudno I've never met because I live in Kaitaia NZ . My mum was a war bride, who married a kiwi soldier who survived stalag 11 A in Germany . MY MU Valerie Biddle , loved her family in Llandudno , WHAT A GORGEOUS PLACE , thankyou ❤️

Went there on a school trip in 1982 aged 14 - we tried to get beers in the evening in the hotel - we were being served and then the teachers walked in! 🥲

Good to see you out and about again Llandudno is a picture perfect sea-side resort . We would go every week in summer the beach with sand is were Lewis-Caroll got his inspiration for writeing the book, Alice in wonderland and Alice thru the looking glass. just saying its a beautiful piece of wales well recommended Llandudno peace from Spain

For those of you that are missing Geoff Carter who was due to arrive in Thailand from the 2nd November 2022. Just found out that our Geoff Carter is poorly due to an accident he has had. According to Steady Eddie Sweeney he mentions this in his vlog "Live from Siem Reap," (at 29.50 mins) that Geoff has broken his hip or something. GET WELL SOON GEOFF.

I was there last week beautiful place
Loved in St Asaph 1985-90, used to go quite often with the kids. Absolutely nothing has changed apart from look spick and span Geoff. It’s a pity a lot more seaside towns didn’t keep them the same . Great memories Geoff , Thanks Buddy. ( now in Chiang mai) pop in one day😂. Sabai🙏
Might try and head to Chiangmai at some point. I used to go at Asaph as a kid think the campsite was called Hendra

Don't know how i missed this video last year but i love Llandudno and i really dont understand the bad rep it gets. There's no scrotes knocking about, there's great scenery with the mountains, top boozers (The Vic is my favourite btw) two beaches, lovely restaurants, great pier with a pub at the end, and a great range of b&bs and hotels. Top video Geoff and a bit gutted for you that you didn't nip in a pub for pint and bite to eat or watch the Punch and Judy show!!! All the best pal 😊

Great video. The beach is called North Shore. There's a great hotel facing the sea called the Lighthouse on the Great Orme which is worth checking out. Its great walk around the Great Orme and Conwy Castle isn't too far away either. In short it ticks all the boxes on a sunny day in North Wales. Good to see you back Geoff , your Thailand vlogs are all charm .

no beer at the top we went up on the tram . been shut for months shame ...said due to staff shortages
We went up on a trip a few years ago got a beer it was freezing cold up there, the tram broke down yet again and had to walk down 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

Like the video on llandudno geoff .i used to go there in the 1970 s i ve walked up and down the great orme a few times .did you know that the friends of lewis carroll had a house there .which he visted the daughter was called alice .and he based alice in wonderland on her i think .sadley the house is no lomger there .what happened to the sand by pier ? Theres stones there now i when i was there was sand and jelly fish every where
