      Every polygon is formed by at least three vertices and edges coming together to create a closed shape. And group of such polygons make a 3d model

    I am a beginner and I want to be expert on Lighting design, Your video is really helpful.
    Can I use built in 3d project of buildings from Audesk Revit, Maya, CAD etc? If so, please make a video on that and explain the lighting design and calculation.

      Hi,
      Yes we can import 3d models from Revit , CAD and sketch up. But we need to make sure the file size of 3d models is not too much.

    Nice thank you. BUT is it possible to create a room or a building at sketchup and bring it inside Dialux for lighting analysis or only simple objects ?

    • @SumaiyaEliyaz
      @SumaiyaEliyaz  Год назад

      To run the calculation, you will need spaces / workplane created in Dialux Evo. Unfortunately you cant create space on imported 3d room, but can only place workplane. Which also kind of tricky. So its better to construct rooms in Dx itself.
