This was towards the end of the job. They had removed multiple trailers of trash and mold. Also two loads of the war toys they were keeping. I was told you couldn’t walk around the house like I did here. I wish I saw it before they started.
@@mookstreasuretrove ah that sounds more like it lol its amazing how some people live, we had one elderly fella that collected a lot of newspaper, every letter, his house was stacked so much you had to crawl through, one day a stack of papers fell down by the front door so he couldn't get in, he just lived in his car which also contained a lot of his hoard
Holy balls...yeah them hanging onto the Ultimate Soldier stuff is the wise thing to do. I picked up some used ones cheap with a helicopter & that was one of the easier flips I've had in a while. The people that want it will pay for it
@@mookstreasuretrove Hopefully you're able to buy anything they want to sell... figuring prices make sense. Those Ultimate Soldier new in the box like that are insane. I know those models can be ridiculous $. Just beautiful to see it all sometimes even more so when it's been buried away for decades...well just about on the 21st Century Toys stuff. Early 2000s which makes ya really think in another couple decades those Ultimate Soldier stuff are going to go up big time as they age. They're so detailed it's incredible. Amazing toys
The owner was bringing items to his warehouse to organize and was going to give me a call. It might be too much for me. Message me and we can talk about it.
Holy smokes! Now THATS a collection
Omg those dolls
Wow
SCORED!!
Those old toys are worth a mint
I clear out and clean hoarders homes, that dosent look that bad really, seems like a good job

I’ve done it, you can find some cool stuff but nothing you’d want or sell. Mold and water claims all
Actually, yeah, this past weekend I just bought over 1000 models at a garage sale not too far from you. Should make a deal buy them all
Jackpot!! Any for sale?
Not yet.
