Nice video, but the background soundtrack is too loud, and for me it is annoying. I personally would rather hear the sound of installing the sound proofing material even if it's sped up. In spite of that, it is a good video on installing the product. For me I just turn off the sound.

3x Dodo mat deadn (these could be installed as small squares, instead of full sheets)
4x Generic 3m roll 6mm thick closed cell foam
