As a bouncer I disagree with this, leaving your position which causes a breakdown in the security positioning over one man filming, I have people pulling out their cameras while I’m fighting and it doesn’t phase me, he’s probably taking bribes on the door and don’t wanna be caught 😂

As you rightly pointed out, the town will have CCTV, the club will have CCTV, any car passing may have a dashcam, people use their phones for filming and photography, and most every business in the are will also have cameras, the only person there without a camera who probably should have one because of the job he does is the bouncer! correcting, the job he doesn't do all the time he is harassing members of the public.

The Brooklyn Social, 34-35 Sadler Gate, Derby DE1 3NR.
Took a little digging, but we see in the video that there's a "Bodega Cantina" in prominent view, and the person recording states to the bouncer that the video is about the Derby nightlife. Upon searching there is, or was, a Bodega Cantina at number 36 Sadler Gate in derby, and google streetview confirmed this.
The building immediately to the right of Bodega appears to be where the bouncer emerged from, the same google map tells us that that particular building was the aforementioned Brooklyn social, and again, google image searching the bar confirms that it's almost certain that's the place.

Been in private sector for 2 decades. Worked other continents. This is not a sackable offence.
    Let’s calm down people.
He clearly mis understood the filming section of his S.I.A course.
It’s a simple fix, just needs more information. 20 minutes. He has a choice, put up with it.
    Or leave the industry.
On a security point, I was not happy he left his door unattended for so long, to block a legal activity.
Not good. If he was on my team this would be sorted quick. We need to look at his team leader, and management. This is not the standard we should aspire to.
He’s a freebie, if your that hung up about filming, take the filmmakers picture. Mark anything down relevant.
    Eg
    Make of camera
    Vehicle/registration
    Accent
Local intel perhaps other staff have his first name.
Make a log. Inform other DS and move on.

China has a regime I do not admire. They use cameras and computers to monitor behaviour and actions.
Buying cakes/cigarettes/alcohol results in losing credit points. Restricting access to trains/planes.
I believe in freedom of speech, and democracy. Not china’s authoritarianism. It leads to anger and frustration, and government always abuses its power.
The cure for these Free thinking and free being is far worse than the disease. Communism and dictatorships have killed around 150 million people in the last century across the world.
What we have is better it needs protecting. We need these audit tests to ensure we still have rights to exercise.
That observation list was rock bottom stuff.
From observations only, no questions asked.
In 10 seconds or less, you go toe to head.
      Shoes/ laces/condition
      Trousers colour/design/type
      Belt ?
Shirt colour/type is it creased? Is it fresh? Collar dirty?
Hands , any rings? Which hand which finger, what type. What colour.
Tattoos visible ? Colour design type, fresh or faded? Name of something?
      Face
      Moles/scars/ clean shaven? Stubble?
      Eye colour if possible
      Hair style / colour
82% of people in uk are right handed. Most people will strike you first with there strongest and most used arm.
Set you body at an angle to deflect this possible attack. If he’s short armed stand a back, make it harder he has to step forward.
If he is tall and long armed, edge closer so he is unable to get a full and accurate swing.
      Other factors
      Age
      Height
      Skin colour
Knuckle damage? Lack of fluid could mean heavy industry use. Or he trains on a heavy bag. He could probably know how to fight, and his fitness level maybe better than yours.
He might spar? So he is trained to take a hit and keep pressing the attack.
      Don’t underestimate anyone.
That’s my list. It becomes second nature after years of these skills put into practice.
I found however the private sector is filled with operatives, only ticking over bare minimum. And a lot of them don’t even do that.
If you think you will struggle with all that, it’s take a picture of your subject.
      Job done.
Freedom is not free, it comes with responsibility and consequences. We have to maintain it, (audits) and defend it from people who would seek us, to change are way of life.
Be prepared to make a stand when called upon.

The Brooklyn Social, 34-35 Sadler Gate, Derby DE1 3NR.
"Took a little digging, but we see in the video that there's a "Bodega Cantina" in prominent view, and the person recording states to the bouncer that the video is about the Derby nightlife. Upon searching there is, or was, a Bodega Cantina at number 36 Sadler Gate in derby, and google streetview confirmed this.
The building immediately to the right of Bodega appears to be where the bouncer emerged from, the same google map tells us that that particular building was the aforementioned Brooklyn social, and again, google image searching the bar confirms that it's almost certain that's the place."
