  • In this clip, Morgan Housel explains that: "There are two things in life that everyone has to become good at, whether you like them or not. Health and money."
They will catch up with you if you are not interested in them.
People talk about health, but money is taboo. "There's a lot of wealth inequality; people on the lower end of the spectrum are embarrassed to talk about their finances, and people on the other end are equally embarrassed."
For better or worse, for many people, money is a scorecard of how successful they are in life. And where societies substitute money as a scorecard of “success,” you can be doing the most noble work in the world and yet feel worse about it when you talk about how much it pays. So you don't talk about it.
Physiques are visible. Wealth is invisible. This makes it harder to learn about. Wealth is what you don’t see. Your net worth is money you’ve earned and not spent. We have no idea how wealthy some people are.

Real wealth is not invisible to the court system nor the legal system unless one is running an illegal business and even then the authorities tend to find out!!!! More often than not IMO someone is always watching!!!
