Regarding my own past chronic "panxiety," one major clearing of the storm clouds took place while working with a Zen teacher (who was also a grief therapist) who at one point became still, leaned in and met my furtive gaze with what seemed like a revelation to her, "Oh, I see! You CAN'T be present...It's too terrifying!" Tears silently streamed down my face as I felt resonance for the first time...I was finally being seen, and feeling "well-met." The ensuing release, although brief, was enough of a reset that something within hit the pause on suicide planning (although it would later resurface, almost fatally).

Angel, thanks for this interview. It will help me understand emotions. Being a perfectionist with unrealistic expectations. Which I havent been able to comprehend. I would really like to know the title of the book you read written by that French author please.

      Happy to help!
The French author I referred to is André Barbault, and the book I got is called "Prévisions astrologiques pour le nouveau millénaire". In it you can find a lot of considerations about mundane astrology, including the so-called "Barbault Index" which he called "indice cyclique".

I don’t think so. Karla is working towards having her books translated into French so hopefully it will become available soon.
