    Also the secondary gains are a really important topic although it triggers a lot of people. For me it is learning to set boundaries in order to not needing to get sick anymore.

    Yes the daily recordings support me tremendously because here is a voice telling me there is hope and your guidance that comes from knowledge and wisdom gives me the belief and determination necessary to recover. Thanks Jim! You give me faith!!

    Another reason for not wanting to get better is the fear that you don't know what your life is about anymore since Brain Sensitivity made your previous life fall apart. We will never be the same again and maybe that's good news but hard to accept the unknown. I've now decided to get better therefore I AM getting better.
