Tamagawa Japan and Colorful the Motion Picture Locations - Colorful (カラフル)

After watching the anime film Colorful, which was released in 2010, I found the background scenes to be actual locations in Tamagawa, Tokyo, Japan.
I have located some of the spots seen in the film, using Google Maps and Street View. This video presents those locations.
There are some other locations in the film which I have been unable to find, however. The movie credits Seijo Gakuen Middle & High School, but my Google results don't match the visuals in the film in this case.
I'm hoping that someone who lives in that part of Japan is able to identify the mystery locations and e-mail me at [e-mail].
