Watching how far you and the boys have come since the webisode days is unbelievable, keep going brother 💪
Steering damper doesn't extend on it's own otherwise it'd be pointless as you'd constantly be fighting the steering as it tries to extend.
Damper is designed to hold in place across the whole range right and left.
Stock damper is pretty good but OME damper is definitely an upgrade.
Check your swivel preload if your getting a bit of wobble and also panhard rod bushes .
Keep the 33's & the original arches cos I think the extended ones look shit.
Honestly I say keep the wheels as-is. It looks tough as hell already and you'll just be losing mpg and ride comfort at that point. Cheers for the video, loved it.
Can only imagine how mortifying it would be to see someone with awful taste repping your brand haha.
You lads have given me the confidence to work on my own car these last few years, did some proper preventative rust treatment and protection over the weekend. Really enjoy the videos, cheers boys, defender is looking mint.

Definitely run some bigger wheels they just look so much more aggressive
Leave the wheels, as wide wheels won't help the driving feel or have a major advantage off road.
Bigger wheels would look sick, but smaller looks more tactical and as u say they're better for comfort and environmental stuff. Keep up the good work, was nice to get a new vid on my b-day 😁💕

Chuck some air bags in your rear springs for when loaded and r trippin. Airbag Man Aus. They'll prolong your rear end from drooping prematurely. Then get a decent pump. Deflate inflate, just like your rubber. More offset or bigger tyres will make you more stable, especially in the wet stuff. But as you gentlemen know, it comes at a price! 😉
Dude I’d keep the wheels the size you’ve got I’d say the extra width and size will ruin it. Especially with the distances you travel unlike others who just do abit of off-roading occasionally

Get your self some challenger alloys bang some spacers on , splash some cash on some cooper sst 33s or some bf Goodrich MTs and slap that extended arch kit on ..... Shell be a right goat and break necks doing so

Bigger wheels look good but with the distance you're covering in this thing you need it to be as comfortable as possible. Plus the mpg will help when you go fuck off to the highlands again

Stick with the current wheels, it should be able to compress more as there’s more clearance 🤔

New design is sick love that personally I’d keep the wheels as they are, they look good with that amount of clearance

If you don't do the wheels, please at least paint the rusty bolts on the wheels or replace them. Along with the rust on the head light covers... otherwise love the truck and very jealous I don't have one! Yet!

Spend the money else where, other than the two factors mentioned you havent got to worry about rocks scuffing "new" rims while green laning

Oh yeah mate, looks really nice with that 2" lift. Leave the tires and wheels alone. I believe it looks proportionate.

More bigger everything, lift/tires/wheels, you got a vehicle for the highways so might as well make this for everywhere but the highways
keep wheels as-is, they look tuff and no sense sacrificing more mpg and comfort
god i dont envy the rust, dont have to deal with that down here in australia, ive an 87 and mate, its NOTHING like the condition of that thing
I used to run 42"s, anything over 33"s stock stuff tends to go snappy.
Doesn't look terrible as it is! I'd say keep those wheels and tyres for now.
