Maybe It was/is an actual Trap house and the person they saw up stairs was a drug dealer, the loud bang they heard was a gun with a silencer on it . The guy that they saw with the big truck was there to buy drugs and maybe the dealer didn't cooperate and was shot buy the guy with the truck. That guy then hides the bodie in the ceiling and the blood starts dripping through the roof. The guy with the truck then saw Sam and Colby and figure that they most likely saw the blood and try to chase them down to make sure that they tell nobody.

This is probably a stupid theory I get it call me dumb, but the blood, the person in a car making a phone call? Maybe the guy from the car had killed someone or someone else had killed someone and he'd disposed of the body there, in a small town in a so called abandoned place, thinking that no one will find it ever and that it's done, but Sam and Colby may have just witnessed a potential murder case where the body of the guy murdered was dispatched? And the guy chasing them in the car saw them go into the building also, Thad why he chased them in the car and saw that they went into the side of the place where the body was disposed? does this link together, call me stupid but I think it makes sense and links together. Like so Sam and Colby can see and maybe they'll agree but you never know, this world is a strange one, right?

That guy they saw at the beginning could have very well done something to someone. Colby said that the blood was dripping down from the ceiling.... Once someone is dead, blood stops flowing so if someone died a while ago before this it wouldn't be dripping on the floor from the ceiling. So whatever happened, must have happened minutes before or as soon as they got there. I'm glad they got away safely.
Maria & Theresa I don’t think he meant it like that. The blood was definitely dry as hell, he most likely just didn’t realize what blood spatter looks like & thought the blood must have came from above the room, which definitely wasn’t the case if you know anything about forensic blood spatter analyzation.

The blood had to only be a few hours old maybe a day or two at most. Blood when it dries usually is a dark brown color which means it happened fairly recently. If I were you boys, I would call the cops to report it. for one, you could be charged for a murder you didn't do because you were placed at the scene at the time of possible murder. It looked like the shooter was near the door, away from the corner (so maybe 15 feetish because of how the blood was splattered. the hat had no holes so it could have been in the chest or could have been evidence, the shooters hat...which now has your DNA, but from the possible angle of the shooting was around 120 degrees, I would say, which means the dead body was taller than the person(shooter). Or it could have been a suicide someone tried to hide. A more logical explanation for how the blood is splattered looks like a sword and regular knife wouldn't make streaks like that. Still think everything with the shooter, but as a swordsman, but there are a few possibilities. Anyways good luck, and Please report it to the police. they will investigate you, but you have video proof that you were there to explore the abandoned motel, for your youtube channel!
Dalyce Evans there's no possible way that blood came from a gunshot wound. I'm sorry to burst your bubble dear. Gunshots typically cause a misted spatter. This looks more like arterial spray. Like if someone got an artery cut and the heart continued to pump blood, shooting it out in a separate line each time the heart beat. Which would explain why it ended up on the ceiling and all over two walls. I agree that the blood is somewhat fresh though.

But what about the lines? It looks like the body was dragged against the wall, held against the ceiling until they choked, then was moved down by force in that concentrated area. And the heaviest amount of blood is concentrated a bit higher on the wall. I understand the victim could have been tall, but I think the murderer had to been somewhat tall too. He would have had to strangle them and lift them which explains one of the marks, but off to the side there's another area that has blood as well. I think mother and child were both killed. A vengeful ex or spouse would be assumed to be the killer, but it could have been a trafficker too. Traffickers would probably chose that location since it's the most obscure to the public.
One other thing I realized is that there was a rag underneath the blood. It's likely when Sam and Colby showed up, they were removing some of the blood since you can see a stain on the cloth. The bodies have most likely been buried, or hauled off in that truck to some place and set afire.
Just my speculations. Yours is pretty detailed as well. I just don't see how the blood would get on the ceiling though.

There’s a abandoned hospital in York Town, TX. My grandpa was born there and the ghost adventures did a episode there. A couple was murdered in the basement by the killer nailing them to the wall. Not a joke man like the nail holes and blood is still on the wall. I went there but didn’t go inside

i remember watching their vines in art class with my friends... laughing my a** off and truly being happy
i remember being inspired to go and adventure. i went out to the woods and just walked around... no trail, nothing. all because these two boys inspired me. and that was one of the best days of my life.

they were there through my transition to online school.

these two boys are the saviors of my life, the reason i live every day with a smile on my face. why, when i get sad, i know everything will be alright in time. i love them with every ounce of my body. and if i never get to watch one of their videos again, i'm going to be so hurt. so upset.

what i did: took twelve midol
hospital: drew my blood and gave me potassium through an IV because i was v low
drove in an ambulance from arizona to las vegas
went to Montevista hospital
spent 2 1/2 days there
met a dude named mark who was v cool and had borderline personality disorder.
i was diagnosed with depression and anxiety there. my parents never thought it was a mental illness and figured it was hormones or something. i started taking the antidepressant named Lexapro. since then i have been going to therapy weekly and taking my antidepressants and a folic acid supplement daily. i wasn't sharing this for likes. i was sharing it to show sam and colby how theyve helped, but most importantly, share the message that things do get better.
i understand your worries that stories are a lie.

Marta En That was fresh blood, how could the have been from a pipeline rusting? If it was from a pipeline rusting it would have been a brownish color kind of like what old blood looks like, so that for sure WAS blood.
The Rebel it looked to light a colour to be blood aswell, but I'm not a blood expert this is just from my knowledge

There was 100% blood on that ceiling and on the walls, definitely the body was up there in the attic but when you guys went up there you did not see it, maybe the body was under a blanket or in the mattresses?
