This might sound kind of odd, but I'm gonna say it anyway. I found your instagram, and I was inspired by your style and positive energy. Looking at the images, I found myself feeling covetous of your lifestyle and beauty, and I came to this Q&A partially because I was hoping for some insight into how I could create this kind of beauty for myself. And when you were talking about how you maintain your physique, something shifted in my mind. You said that you live your life and the figure you have is a product of mostly genetics. And your attitude about it made me realize that the thing that is most attractive about you, your positive energy, is a result of pursuing your passion, living life to the fullest, and not stressing as much about body image. The jealousy was immediately gone, because it made me think, "this woman lives her life and enjoys her life, appreciating the gifts she has been given. What gifts have I been given? And how can I live in gratitude and enjoy them." So, thank you for the mental shift that I needed.
