hey excellent video but whenever i try to use the timeline the video preview runs at 3-4fps any idea how to fix that? i have a ryzen 7 5800h and and rtx 3060 with 16gigs of ram

For some reason when I try to put my video in I get a error any advice on how to fix that? It says that the file is not compatible :(

Thanks Gurb! Not sure, I’ve only used Mp4s tho so maybe if it’s a Mov or other file format you can try converting it first

I had the same problem and googled it, I think it's a problem with Macs running an M1 chip

Perfect! Thank you so much I was initially shown to do it as still and that took forever with over 200 frames, and taking forever for my first time. Before I got started I converted the video to a .GIF file using adobe website and followed your steps, you save myself and a potential client!
