But were not talking about being an athlete weretalking about working out and l carnitine is useless when working out and plus even if you are an athlete to experience any increase in muscle carnitine levels, you need to take l carnitine with high carbohydrates, twice a day for at least six months. And l arginine isnt really good for anything it doesn't do much especially if your eating red meat, poultry fish, or dairy, If someone doesn't eat those alot then i can understand the use of l arginine

I have instant coffee. Take about 1-2 tbs and add just enough water that it turns into a liquid and then shoot that shit down your throat. Super disgusting. I have to rinse my mouth with water and then brush my teeth after.

I can’t tell you how many times, as a corpsman, I had to treat someone that was putting stuff in their body that they knew little about. For example: I know a guy who took pre-workout like three times a day and was surprised that it was hard to sleep.
Based on this guy’s “stack” I can tell he’s posting motivational quotes with his low-quality workout page, including an overwhelming number of hashtags, and one that says #TheGrindDontStop🔥, and a pic of a 2013 mustang he’s still financing to this day
My pre-workout is currently dry-roasted almonds, raw walnuts (neither salted), one or two berry and cacao wholefood balls, and a few pretzels. About an hour before I start. A coffee before that. Seems to work just fine. Protein shake straight afterwards.
I remember when I used to take every single supplement out there when I started working out. A good preworkout and consistent clean eating and training is all you need.

Trained for 4 years and only drank protein shakes when I got home. Never used prework out or any o the supplements and I did pretty well always accused of taking something. But I can go without training for a few years and still maintain a decent amount of muscle since my body never relied on any other type of sups only what I ate daily. 😊
People love to take 15 different supplements to make them feel like their some kind of expert biochemist; like some kind of super villain trying to make a concoction that’ll turn them into a super human.
Right. By far the best pre workout is a good nights sleep. And it’s completely free. People like to over complicate fitness when in reality the simplest things- good nutrition, good sleep, stress management- are the best bets for a good workout and health.

@@atlas6028 nope. Science proves the effectiveness of lcarnitine and arginine. If you're in the gym 2 hours a week you won't notice them but if you're an athlete they make a big difference for sure.

But were not talking about being an athlete weretalking about working out and l carnitine is useless when working out and plus even if you are an athlete to experience any increase in muscle carnitine levels, you need to take l carnitine with high carbohydrates, twice a day for at least six months. And l arginine isnt really good for anything it doesn't do much especially if your eating red meat, poultry fish, or dairy, If someone doesn't eat those alot then i can understand the use of l arginine

I have instant coffee. Take about 1-2 tbs and add just enough water that it turns into a liquid and then shoot that shit down your throat. Super disgusting. I have to rinse my mouth with water and then brush my teeth after.

I can’t tell you how many times, as a corpsman, I had to treat someone that was putting stuff in their body that they knew little about. My pre-workout is currently dry-roasted almonds, raw walnuts (neither salted), one or two berry and cacao wholefood balls, and a few pretzels. About an hour before I start. A coffee before that. Seems to work just fine. Protein shake straight afterwards.

Trained for 4 years and only drank protein shakes when I got home. Never used prework out or any o the supplements and I did pretty well always accused of taking something. But I can go without training for a few years and still maintain a decent amount of muscle since my body never relied on any other type of sups only what I ate daily. 😊

Right. By far the best pre workout is a good nights sleep. And it’s completely free. People like to over complicate fitness when in reality the simplest things- good nutrition, good sleep, stress management- are the best bets for a good workout and health.
