The Rex Tent like other spaceship style prefabricated modular homes are extremely nice and very affordable for AirBnb but all of them like Nestron have one big drawback and that is no kitchen, I think its culture because all of these spaceship style or capsule design modular homes are built in either Singapore, China, Taiwan or Vietnam! The style is outstanding my only concern is quality of construction? That said if these type of units meet or exceed US government construction standards and regulations, they could dominate the prefabricated affordable modular home market in the United States of America! However even if you are using these as vacation rental units or resort style units in America you must have a complete kitchen or kitchenette or you will not sell a thing! You must have an electric 2 burner cooktop, a medium size sink, a small but tall narrow refrigerator, small freezer and a microwave oven! Only then can you go to the bank with a pickup truck full of money 😅😅! Be warned keep your pricing of a 2&2 or 2&2 700 sqft unit well below $200,000 or else! 😮

But in this case aesthetics seems to be the priority over security. To mitigate the absence of bars a good idea is to prop both ends sticking out on a ledge-like structure like in some videos I've seen. But then again there might be tradeoffs with stability.

It is one thing to show a thing on video with seemingly quality build and fittings... it's a whole different thing when you order one and it actually comes and you see that the fit and finish is not what you saw in the videos. IF it were me, I would have to personally go to the factory and choose the exact unit before they ship it...otherwise, you risk the "Amazon Situation" getting cheap Chinese low quality products with god forbid dangerous materials to humans.

This looks wrong. The bedroom should be on the other end in the smaller room and the living room should be on the other end with the balcony and there should be a small kitchen at the very least. Otherwise, it isn't really a home. If this were Japanese instead of Chinese, it would be better.
