I have spent four years of sitting Mon-fri all day sitting at a desk in terrible positions. I career changed to start a nursing career and it was like a shock to my back. I had no idea that sitting for years and bad posture can cause this pain. I thought that I am young, don't even need to think about exercise and being able to stand. Oops. Very wrong. I started exercising and working with my body. I am slowly trying to reverse my pelvic tilt and reverse that posture.
