In the BTS video, the director explains that they slowed the *song* down by about 28%, then sped up the video by the same amount so the song played at normal speed. The reasoning for taping at the slower speed was because the segments in the song were only 21 seconds each, but the intervals of weightlessness were 27 seconds, so slowing down the song by 28% 'stretched' each segment out to 27 seconds, so they could utilize the full amount of time.
This is the sped up music video slowed down. Remember the actual original footage has a few minute break between each verse, which is very carefully hidden for the final cut of the music video. The question of how any of this is done (sped up, slowed down, or those magical edits) the answer is they used computers ;-)
