Very helpful to hear descriptions of the finishes etc, would love to hear the makers of the kitchen stove, fridge and dishwasher. Viking/Wolf/Gaggenau/Sub Zero all lend to saying it's luxury. it's a ggreat home ,....with just one problem..... it's right next to a huge road!!! c-mon guys!!! a place like that should have at least 15 acres!!!! and needs to be surrounded by old growth tree's!!
When selling multi million dollar homes you might consider investing in a professional spokesperson/video company to give the presentation. This video looks like you just went into it with no prep. That is just my honest assessment. Just a video walk thru with a voice-over narration would make it 100% more attractive. Put some effort into it!
I HATE being petty.....but the tour was going good until the guy in the purple shirt started talking and broke my concentration! He needs to work on his oral presentation/presence just a little bit more or just let the other guy talk.
