Do I have the maths right? Assuming a $100 account. If I was at step 4 I wouid be risking 40% of the remaining balance of $40 because I would have lost $60. If I'm trading GBPUSD with a 10 pip SL the position size risking the original balance of $100 would require 0.4 lots. If the account leverage is 1:500 I would need a margin of $102 which is in excess of the remaining balance of $40. So I would need an account with a 1:1000 leverage.

Isn’t the math wrong on the 4th trade win? Wouldn’t it be loss be 60% (10+20+30) and the 4th win is 80% so total yield is 20% right? What am I missing?

Yes 20% profit on the 4th trade.....nothing wrong there. Ofcourse minus some commissions.
