You're right, AP Udyr is still good in some situations . However, Best build in the game sounds better than a strong build you can utilize

sir if u are leveling Q in ANY way conisder titanic esp with a max Q... thats a one shot combo (the auto reset from the titatinc)

build more attack speed than what he says in vid berserkers and stridebreak are a fav over trinity
topdyr depends on the matchup. Most top lane udyrs build tank/splitpush.
