And thing is, even if they find something, if you state that you are only complying because of the warranty, not only you can sue them, but any evidence found will have to be thrown away.
All settlements should come with a 120.day unpaid suspension for all officers involved or dismissal
The problem is always AFTER you have spent THOUSANDS of dollars, suffered humilities and violations then YEARS later you might get a pittance and the officer might get a day off with pay.
Comply first, sue later is so funny
Exactly comply and sue later.
What are perjury rules/laws for law enforcement?
COMPLY FIRST AND SUE LATER.
That cop looking for Krispy kreme 😂
I’ve seen this same exact officer lie about having a warrant in another video absolutely insane!
Comply first and sue later is fantastic advice if you want to allow the tyrants to trample your rights then rely on that same criminal justice system to give you just compensation. I'm gonna say no, I'm not opening the door to begin with. That's what windows and ring cameras are for. Too many corrupt cops out there.
Yeah in the last three year we have seen what the criminal justice system can do for us, the entire white house is full of criminals.
For everyone to send these a bales, bondsman doesn't matter anytime you have a warrant, you have to have a physical paper copy compares can be hacked can be doctored everything, a physical copy with the court initials and sensor all over it cannot be if you're doing that, that's some high class forward, they'll lend you in federal prison
No knock warrant is Unconstitutional - NO matter what any Judge says
They should sue them individually and the police station for harassment and negligence
Just make sure to state that you do not consent to the search without proof of a warrant for your court case.
"Comply first and sue later" only really applies if you're sure those are officers, and not people pretending, and if you're sure those officers aren't going to wait until they're in your home, claim that you attacked them, and put you down.
Now, would either of these be likely scenarios? No, _but,_ neither is it likely that officers with a legitimate warrant would really be reluctant to show it to you.
These officers probably _were_ up to something shady, like trying to get him out of the house to perform some other action they can dubiously legally claim is okay now that he's out of his house.
Either that, or they're just really bad at their jobs.
That dude needs to allow himself the courtesy to walk himself a bit more lol
In the state of Florida, you are allowed to stand your ground, absent exigent circumstances.
