The contract signed from the client before they are bailed out is signed by a judge and the bondsmen take responsibility of the client during that time they are free from jail. This is why collateral is added to the contract as the liability and responsibility falls on the bondsmen agency. As such, bondsmen can either themselves or with the assistance of bounty hunters can and often do obtain warrants from a judge in the event their client fails to appear or violates their court order so that they can search the primary homes on their contracts for either the individual or the property of which is stated as collateral should their contract be violated. The client then will also receive a warrant for their arrest and be sent to jail for violating the contract with the bondsmen and the court order of release.

ALWAYS RUN ALWAYS DEFEND OURSELVES!! This will NEVER END by doing what they WANT US TO DO going to court accepting payoffs via court rulings/settlements of our OWN TAX PAYER MONEY in exchange for allowing over and over generation after generation literally DECADE AFTER FUCKING DECADE of the same bad behavior. This ONLY ENDS when We The People fight back DEFENDING OURSELVES! Those who govern ONLY do so at the CONSENT of those whom they govern. We The People, not of one country or nation, We The People of the World, DO NOT CONSENT to any of the systems and forms of governance currently available to We The People on the world stage. If you consent you ARE NOT of the people, you are of the "state".
Civil Disobedience is what topples empires. Not protesting, not rioting. Not civil wars, not revolutionary war. Simple Civil Disobedience. Ignore the falsely claimed authority of the powers at be and DEFEND OURSELVES UNTIL OUR LAST BREATHS when these "people of the state" passive aggressively escalate to physical engagement in attempts to enforce that false authority. ALWAYS RUN ALWAYS DEFEND OURSELVES!

It’s federal law that law enforcement must show the resident the warrant, AND leave a copy of the warrant WITH AN INVENTORY of items seized during that warrant. However, these were bail bondsmen trying to get the guy out of his house to arrest him on a bench warrant because they know they have no legal right to enter his house. “Come look at the warrant on my tablet” translates to, once you step out of your house I’m snagging you up.

  • @joshdavis3743

"Comply first and sue later" only really applies if you're sure those are officers, and not people pretending, and if you're sure those officers aren't going to wait until they're in your home, claim that you attacked them, and put you down.
Now, would either of these be likely scenarios? No, _but,_ neither is it likely that officers with a legitimate warrant would really be reluctant to show it to you.
These officers probably _were_ up to something shady, like trying to get him out of the house to perform some other action they can dubiously legally claim is okay now that he's out of his house.
Either that, or they're just really bad at their jobs.
